Service manager said they never heard of this problem before and said I should get it towed in and they would work on it. I explained it was in my barn and with it not coming out of Park that could make for another whole problem. He agreed, so I asked if they had anyone that could come and look at it, after a very short pause he said he'd have someone out in mid-afternoon. At 2pm a mechanic called and said he was on the way. !0 minutes later he showed up. 5 minutes later my truck was running. I was never so relieved in my life in a very long time. While He (Mechanic) was showing me what he found that was causing the trouble the Service Manager call. The Mechanic told him what he found and did. The Mechanic then put Us on speaker and Service Manager informed there was No Charge, I figured there would be a good service charge. (I CAN NOT THANK THESE TWO PEOPLE ENOUGH) Max Motors Service Department has my total business from NOW ON. Again THANK YOU to Max Motors Service Department. The staff seemed especially fun and helpful. I happened to buy the "small" bag of popcorn and it was massive. I saved 1/2 of the popcorn and brought it to my office and shared it with my staff. It was salty greasy yellow and fantastic.. I'm sure it helped block up a few of my coronaries. I did survive.

Roger was the only one to return my call. He asked me some questions and correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone. It was the alternator. He allowed me to leave my car at his shop, and when I came back for it on Monday afternoon, it was ready to go home. The price was so affordable too! This guy guarantees his work for 6 months or 6000 miles. I have never in my life had a mechanic guarantee his work. Roger doesn't take credit cards or out of state checks, but that was not a problem for me. If I lived a bit closer to Clinton, Missouri I would want Roger to work on all my cars and trucks. He was great to work with and cared enough to text me later to make sure I'd made it home okay.

On reccomendation of a friend, we had it towed to Cameron Automotive. Roger, the owner, was pleasant and helpful, and even though we had to leave the car there and head home, he stayed in contact with us about the repairs. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he got the job done within a day or so. He even called us after we got it home to see if everything was okay! We would absolutely use him again. Highly professional and reccomended! One small thing: He doesn't take credit cards or out-of-town checks, which was surprising, but not a big deal.

I took the car in and and got very thorough results within about 75 minutes. Unfortunately the results were not good, as it would require thousands in repairs, and thereby priced the car out of consideration. I do appreciate how quickly Brian got me on the schedule and how they really did such a deep dive. Would certainly trust them with t his type of work if you live down in that area.

Eventually they came and picked up the vehicle at my house and took it back to the dealership, after a few days they fixed two small issues and pretty much kiss off on the rest. While they were bringing it back the windshield was cracked and had to return to dealership another day, once returned the vehicle was filthy inside and out, looked like a kids soccer team had been inside and it had been driven down a gravel road. It gets better, one of the minor problems they did fix was the window tint, it's bubbling already. They got me once but never again, congrats to the number one snake oil sales team of the country and I almost forgot, my vehicle has more scratches and chips than it did before, I'm assuming when the windshield was cracked
