Walked there to find out what was going on and they were closed! Nobody called me to say anything! Looked in garage and car was sitting there with hood up. Oh, and did I mention they had no other vehicles to work on that day. Left many messages and finally got a call back later that evening and the owner brought me my car around 8:30 that night. Went to Warsaw, mo next day and my all the power steering fluid ran out of my car. Had to take it to a garage there and cost me 130 for a coolant hose to power steering. Fast frankies never offered to pay for it. I had already paid them 158 for pump which he said was discount because of their mix up getting me my car. Also they put in a new coolant bottle because somehow mine was leaking. Which he didn't charge me for. Power steering pump was making a lot of noise so my husband looked at it and said it was rusty looking. Obviously not a new pump. They put another in and it didn't have rust on it. They dropped it off to me and said its not making anymore noise and asked them to take out grasshopper that was in my coolant bottle said they did. Guess what pump is still making freaking noise and grasshopper is still in coolant bottle. The only reason it's rated one star is because I accidentally pushed it and couldn't figure out how to undo it!
