I don't even know where to start... I had an appointment…read moreset for Tuesday. I was getting my transmission serviced. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning as agreed. They made sure they had all my information. As you can see in the screenshot they texted me to confirm my appointment. My first clue should have been when the lady behind me was greeted and assisted before me, I realized we were not probably getting the same service but I thought that the man assisting people was rude for not acknowledging me at all, even after we had eye contact. We agreed that my wife and I would not be waiting, and would pick it up in the afternoon. When I got the quote they said a couple of hours. So at around 5:00 I called to see if the service was complete. I was then informed that my vehicle was on the ticket for tomorrow. I completely understand that things come up and life happens, and that my vehicle was not an emergency, or broke down. I was just dumbfounded that they didn't reach out to me in any way! I told the person I spoke to on the phone that I was on my way to retrieve my vehicle. When we got there I went in and spoke with a lady about getting my vehicle. I expressed my disappointment, frustration, and confusion. I did lose my cool and used profanity at the very end of our conversation. I had apologized for my attitude and said may I have my keys please. She agreed with my frustration and then told me my vehicle was being pulled up for me. That's when I freaked out, why in the world would you have to get in my vehicle, adjust settings for YOUR COMFORT, and roll down the windows and move the mirror, just to move the f***ing vehicle literally like a parking space! I just couldn't believe you can't do the service when agreed on, not contact me in any manner saying, Hey we are keeping YOUR vehicle longer, and then act like you are doing me some kind of favor by moving it! Get the f**k out of my vehicle. Needless to say, we did not get anything done to our vehicle at this location, but we did waste time, and effort. Thanks for nothing but frustration! Roger was the only one to return my call. He asked me some questions and correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone. It was the alternator. He allowed me to leave my car at his shop, and when I came back for it on Monday afternoon, it was ready to go home. The price was so affordable too! This guy guarantees his work for 6 months or 6000 miles. I have never in my life had a mechanic guarantee his work. Roger doesn't take credit cards or out of state checks, but that was not a problem for me. If I lived a bit closer to Clinton, Missouri I would want Roger to work on all my cars and trucks. He was great to work with and cared enough to text me later to make sure I'd made it home okay.

My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

We have never been to this area and we're looking forward to a relaxing weekend. After about a 3 1/2 hour drive, we got off the highway and filled up with gas before heading to the State Park. As we left the gas station, I stated that it sounds like there are rocks in the tires. The comment I received back was "I did not pack any rocks " then he realizes that the power steering is going out and unable to stop without putting all his weight on the brakes. We went through two stop signs and came to a stop in the local police station parking lot. Two blocks up from us was Mike's Automotive so my husband walked to the shop to see if we could get any help. It is 3pm on a Friday afternoon and the temperature in the mid 90's. Within 10 minutes here comes my husband riding in a truck with the Owner/Mechanic from the shop. Gary was his name and he tells my husband to drive his truck back to the shop and he would drive the camper Who is the cape crusader! At the shop, hot as hell outside, Gary pulls the broken serpentine belt out of the engine. At this point I am thinking we are staying in Warsaw over the weekend and into the next week. My husband gets in the camper and says Gary ordered the part and should be there soon and will get us back on the road shortly. What the heck!!! Are you serious!!! So this guy dropped everything he was doing to help us out??? You could see he was busy and cars in his shop that he was working on. Now it is 4pm and Gary has the new belt on the engine. He then says, so does $80 sound fair? Who is this guy???? Yes fair to us but not to you! We gladly paid the $80 and left a tip that I hope showed our appreciation. Before we left, a gentleman that was there at the shop gave us home grown vegetables that were amazing. We got into our camper and looked at each other trying to understand what just happened. We actually both had tears in our eyes. We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the wonderful vegetables! Thank you Gary for your time, professionalism and being a great human being!
