After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

To make it all somehow worse: when I made the appointment that October, they were booked out till January. My appointment finally comes, and I get a call saying that the technician has COVID and the earliest they can see me is March. So I went the whole winter I had expected to have an auto starter with no auto starter... Turbo Tim's recommended this place to me since they don't do auto starter's, and I am THRILLED with my experience. They had appointments within a few days, the prices are incredibly fair for great models that include the price of installation, the technicians were friendly and super knowledgeable, the starter actually works as advertised, they left my car in better shape than they found it (by putting my computer in its place), and I got a discount because they were able to reuse some pieces from my old starter. Could not have asked for a better experience and will be recommending this place to anyone looking for an auto starter.

All for an oil change and to swap a battery. Why bother making appointments???? - vehicle came in for crash, car in shop for 2 weeks, they return the car with unbalanced tires. Gets fixed. Car still has issues, they refuse to have a different tech look at it. Would not recommend to a friend or family member.

The cause was transfer case failure. And valve cover gaskts was Not, the fix. We picked up tje car saturday to head back to eau claire. We didnt make it 45 minutes and were broke down again with same problem. How he missed all the gear oil on the bottom of the vehicle is beyond me. They obviously didnt put on a lift and look very harc. Ive sent emails and left a message. With no response at all. I am not saying they ripped us off, but did mis diagnose and kids are looking for a partial refund to put towards the transfer case repair . Since i am not getting a response, i would suggest a different shop for repairs, as they seem to "guess" here. A "honest" shop would look into this and do the right thing.
