Today was the final straw... boat was not ready or cleaned when we arrived, so asked it we could keep it out an extra 20 mins to make up for their being late. All the owner could do was accuse US of being late. We have brought 4 other families into this boat club and we are ALL going elsewhere next year. Literally zero customer service, nor can they acknowledge when they make a mistake. Dirty old boats with awful anchors and no repairs over the entire summer. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

The layer of pee on the toilet and the floor is so thick if you need to use the bathroom you have no choice but to walk on it and deal with the strong ammonia smell. God forbid attempting to sit on that feeces and blood stained toilet: there is so much rust, rot, mold and roaches visible it's hard to believe this place is still open! LET ALONE SERVING FOOD!! I hardly ever write a bad review but I couldn't stand going in here anymore. This place needs to be shut down and remodeled completely. It's beyond a health hazard at this point.

Given this was a large repair I decided to shop around a bit at other established places in the area. I requested quotes from over 5 different places and explained what needed to be done and telling them what this Minnoco said I needed. I received 5 different quotes from 5 different places and they ranged from 3,200 to 4,400 with parts and labor. Minnoco ended up quoting me $6,800!! When the Minnoco told me this I said I was going to have the car towed elsewhere. Then the guy at Minnoco said "Well what would you let us do it for?" REALLY GUY?? CLEARLY GOUGING ME.

They determined a tire rotation wasn't necessary and my tires could go longer without a need to have them replaced. The place is immaculate and it was relaxing to have a complimentary beverage and wait in the quiet waiting room. Kyle the owner checked me in and Isaiah did the work and did my paperwork.
