They have a small lounge area, but the seating is comfortable and there is a tiny fireplace, nice to have on a cold rainy day, I was almost disappointed they finished with the car so quickly! They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. The cause was transfer case failure. And valve cover gaskts was Not, the fix. We picked up tje car saturday to head back to eau claire. We didnt make it 45 minutes and were broke down again with same problem. How he missed all the gear oil on the bottom of the vehicle is beyond me. They obviously didnt put on a lift and look very harc. Ive sent emails and left a message. With no response at all. I am not saying they ripped us off, but did mis diagnose and kids are looking for a partial refund to put towards the transfer case repair . Since i am not getting a response, i would suggest a different shop for repairs, as they seem to "guess" here. A "honest" shop would look into this and do the right thing.
