I live down the street from this AutoZone, and I've had nothing but negative experiences every time I visit. On one occasion, I arrived to find the employees waiting for their manager to unlock the doors. He was over an hour late, and the staff was discussing how he likes to go out at night and have fun. It was already 10 AM, so I assumed he had overslept. Another time, I showed up, and they didn't open on time. It was ten minutes past opening, and I had to go to another AutoZone because I couldn't wait. This has to be the worst AutoZone ever. They have almost as many one-star reviews as five-star reviews. With all the reviews they have, their average rating is three stars, which blows my mind. If I could give this review a zero, I definitely would. read more

Always hiring but never have people competent enough to be able to help you. To top it off, terrible customer service! If they're having a bad day you as a customer get the sh*t end of the stick! read more

Needed to pick up some fluid for the car which they do carry an array of selections. I'm not a car person whatsoever. If it's up to me, drop it off at the garage and call me when it's ready. But something simple as picking up some fluids, that I could do. This place is a car enthusiast if tour into stuff like that. Also, seemed very short staff. I think there was one employee working the time I was there. read more

Came in and no AutoZone greeting. Store looked like it was in shambles and lights were dim. I needed to use restroom and the psm or manager with the hat said it was down. Typical bs for not letting a person use the bathroom. Each autozone has 2 bathrooms unless it's a smaller store. This particular one is a larger store so it has 2. Also if you have no bathroom Where are you going to let your employees use a bucket? I needed to buy a few items that would have made their ticket and there Witt numbers. Before bullshitting a person you should really think. read more

This is the best AutoZone you want to go to, they take care of me every time I come in. Hymie is the manager and does an excellent job you help me with a few things and also my license plate. Carl, Sebastian, Jermaine, Daniella, and Anthony, Brianna, all of the staff have done right by me and I had to leave a review because I love good customer Service and that's what they have given me throughout the years. So I give them a five star rating and say guys you're doing an outstanding job, so if you want to go to an AutoZone that cares about you were people help out and take care of the customer's then this is the best place to go, over at Hayvenhurst Ave and Sherman Way in the shopping center where Food 4 Less is and close to Popeyes Chicken. Hymie once again the manager thank you so much for an outstanding job God bless all of you and keep you in good health and safe. Happy New Year. read more

manager that works at 3.00 was very lazy didnt want to change to my battery n was very rude bad experience never goin their again

It's like everyone fell asleep and forgot about the 10+ people waiting in line. Would not recommend.

Pretty simple. They were helpful. They were nice, and they were knowledgeable. Offered suggestions when I didn't even ask, based on a conversation we were having about my car needing break fluid a while ago, which I expected resolved my issue. He gave me great tips as to things to look for in the future, including possible leaks somewhere along the break lines, calipers. Thx read more

Worst customer service ever. Bought a slime tire compressor from them. Would not turn on or work. Brought it back to exchange and the manager or leader told me not to buy cheap shit for a quick fix. Buy online. And then was accusatory that i used the machine and then returned it when i asked them to show me a tire compressor that works. They did not and just refunded me and walked away. Never again. If I could give a negative star, I would. read more

I went into this store during what seemed to be the busiest time of the day and I have to say that out of all the workers there. I was acknowledged with a BIG smile by Hector O. As I waited in line, I admired the way he multi-tasked between his register, phones and greeting every customer that walked through the door with a smile. In addition. I witnessed him assisting a very unpleasant customer. Hector went above and beyond to google search what part the man needed but he nor his colleagues could figure out the part in the picture. Hector ended up assisting me with finding an affordable battery and wiper blades and assisted with installation. As we chatted outside, I was impressed to learn that he was only 17 years old. I applaud this young man for the level of maturity, patience, kindness and professionalism. You're a great asset to this company and I hope they value you and commend you for the employee that you're! read more

Been here multiple times , I always receive the wrong parts. The workers are always messing around wasting time, terrible autozone.

Came in for a battery check and Julian was there to check my battery and advise on all of my options available. He installed my new battery and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful especially during what seemed to be peak hours. Greatly appreciate his help. read more

Called multiple Auto Zones to ask for a simple question about my car and this was the only AutoZone that helped me with my issues. Anthony helped me over the phone and gave me advice on what items were better for my car. He was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. His customer service was exceptional. read more

This place is a disgraceful to call itself a autozone! I called to ask a simple question over the phone and the lady who answers you could barely understand and had no idea ZERO knowledge about the basic item I asked you don't even need to know about cars to answer my question.. puts me on hold 10 min. To go ask someone what I'm talking about... Never comes back on the phone I call back ... NO apology or acknowledgment.. instead starts lecturing me that I'm being disrespectful what a joke !!! read more

They don't call this place vatozone for nothin'. Slow, disinterested help. Long lines and no baskets and no place to stow heavy items while you're waiting, so you're stuck cradling heavy bottles of oil for 10-15 mins while the crack team of parts slingers struggles with computer lookups. There should be a line just for purchasing shelf items so people who just want basic stuff can get out quickly. Hey! VatoZone Management! Idea! Self-checkout for schmucks like me who just want oil, wax and a filter and don't want to wait while Manny looks up muffler bearings for a 1982 Ford Ranger! I finally got tired and dumped my crap on a display rack and left. This is why people love Amazon. I know I do. read more

Well known scam. If you buy something they'll include, and charge you for, some bullshit item like an "installation kit" whether or not you asked for it. Check your total before you hand them any money, these people are crooks. read more

Ive been local and frequent this and other Autozones nearby, just wanted to give this one a 5 star as they have really stepped it up . just seems to be managed well as the newer hires have a good attitude and are knowledge and take time to explain possible options. I watch as i stand in line. Also customers need to realize this is not an easy job ,dealing with people that are sometimes stressed about keeping their car on the road. Keep up the good work. read more

My battery gave out and had to get a new one, they were very helpful and made swapping the old one very easy. Justin was awesome, he replaced the battery and seemed genuinely happy to help, he is very skilled at his trade and has great customer service skills. I have frequented many auto shops. Most are at least adequate and serve their purpose. This location has been repeatedly less than subpar. The employees seem unmotivated. The stock is fine but if you need help think twice. They either don't have an answer or, despite clearly stating what you need, give you the incorrect item forcing repeated trips to correct the problem. I am quite dissatisfied. read more

Not bad not good, going to call it right on the line. So I go into this location and pickup some supplies. The store is neat and clean. Its also organized like the other 25,000 AutoZones around the US so thats comforting. What seemed off was that there were 2 people in the store with one more person walking in (probably from brake) but it just seemed really busy. Like they had allot going on although myself a younger guy and really old guy with white chest hair and a gold chain walking around without a shirt were the only people in the store. I would give this location 2.5 to be honest but at the end of the day I got what i was looking for and was out of there quickly so here's 3 on me. read more

Has what you expect in stock. Employees are cranky and rude. a lady was ahead of me in line for a return. Apparently she was waiting at the wrong register. How was she to know? In addition, I don't care to read their political views on their badges. "I have been injected with the liberal juice" is scrawled on name badges. Speaks under their breath about customers. Didn't realize buying a quart of oil can be so unpleasant. read more

The sales manager Garson* was very patient as to helping me out to see if my car battery warranty had expired, he took the time to search my name even though there were countless results since it's a very common name , after some extensive research he wished me a Merry Christmas and handed me a brand new car battery that was covered by the warranty Very satisfied customer definitely will be coming back ! read more

Brake light went out so I had to get a bulb. First went to the location down the street. The cashier was very helpful and told me they were out of stock, but that the 2nd location had 3 bulbs left. It was only 9 minutes away so I figured why not? Well I was greeted by an older Asian man who helped me narrow down the bulb I was looking for. He found it and rang it up for $5. I proceeded to put my card in the chip reader, which then flashed an error message. 'Chip reader unable to read' We tried again--same message. Now I don't have Paris Hilton money in the bank, but it's well over the $5 amount we were attempting to run! So he tried again. 'Oh this has been declined. You'll have to talk to your bank. It's not my job.' UH, EXCUSE ME? You ran my card 3 times, my account could be frozen at this point! So I try another card, still giving the cashier the benefit of the doubt. DECLINED. In which I replied, 'now that's impossible, we have to use another machine' Sure enough, my purchase went through. The gentleman was very quick to say it wasn't his problem or assumed I didn't have the $5 to pay for it. He kept shrugging his shoulders and turning away like I was the one with the issue. How about check your debit terminals? How about using another machine like I suggested? I was the only customer. And I won't be back read more

They try harder here. Huge amounts of difficult customers. All sorts of different situations for parts repair; and these guys handle it with aplomb and courtesy. Highly recommended. Chris is the man. read more

Kevin is a very helpful employee. Made my experience easy. It was very busy at the moment I walked in. Phones ringing, redshirts outside changing car batteries, and cashing people out. Kevin told me he will be right with me and apologize for the wait. I know people bash this place for not having enough employees working on the floor, but that's just corporate. Autozone corporate/regional managers are non educated people. They care more about labor savings so they can climb the corporate ladder. read more

JOSE was great. I had an emergency and was rejected by another Auto Zone. It was 2131 hours on 6/15/18. 29 mins before they were closing. When I told them I needed a Battery, they said they would wait for me. They understood how important it was for me to get one that night. When I arrived, Jose took the time to help me choose a battery and provided me with some tools so I could change it. He even let me wash my hands after. Talk about great customer service. He didn't even make me feel rushed even though it was past 10 when I was done. Great patience and caring. Thank you Jose for being a professional. read more

This place is a joke and full of lazy f ups and possibly thieves. First Incident: I went there on Friday and bought some wipers. Didn't know which ones I needed, the lady asked me for my cars info I gave it to her she wrote down the part number and proceeded to give me the most expensive wipers they had. I ended up going home and checking online and found the same wipers for 10 dollars less at Walmart AND on Amazon. Went to return them a day later said I found them cheaper and when she went to return it she said she couldn't because the part number didn't match the number on the receipt. I told them I don't care I bought them a day ago check the cameras I want my money back. Next the manager(hispanic lady with blonde hair heavier set) comes over and types something into the computer and says oh no these have been returned already, WTF ???? So how can they have been the wrong part number and returned already ? Doesn't add up I complained I said f that give me my money. After 5 minutes of arguing with the manager I got my money back. But oh wait were not done when they ask me for the credit card i used they read me back the last 4 digits of some other card that wasn't mine. Thank God for online banking because I pulled my statement up in front of them showing all the transaction details of my purchase from the day before. Honestly I think someone switched out the part numbers for a pair that wasn't in stock anymore and returned them to their own card. I worked at Sears a long time ago and someone was caught doing that, they had reversed almost 15000 dollars in transactions over a year. 2nd Incident: I walk in and ask for a battery for my key the same manager from before was there and asked me which one I needed, I told her ill give you may car info she said no we can't do that you have to know the part number before you come in. Frustrated as hell since I dealt with her the week before I went outside to calm down and look up the part number online. So I wanted to test to see how fking lazy she was. I went to autozone.com and entered in my car info and boom it brings up the exact battery part number I needed for my car. Talk about fking lazy. To add insult to injury when I walked back in the dude asked that was behind the register now tried to cover for her and said yes we can't look up the part number, so I paid for my shit and told his dumbass, oh that's funny cuz autozone.com told me exactly what battery I needed after I looked it up. The crazy thing is, this is the same autozone that like 15 years ago had a customer kill two of the employees because they refused to give him his refund for something he bought there. You would think they would value customer service by now. read more

Worst customer service ever. Everyone in there is slow. I mean SLOW!!! I walked in and watched 3 employees pass me without saying a word. I'm sorry one of them said excuse me because I was in his way. No other customer was in the store and no one helped me. This is crazy how people get paid to stock items but ignore customers like we are an inconvenience. Lmao. Never again autozone. I walked out and went 15 minutes to the nearest auto parts store not named autozone. It's a shame because they are 2 minutes from my shop. I'm doing too much by even giving them one star. Everyone there should be fired. They are giving a great company a bad name. I can't believe the good reviews. They are horrible!! read more
