I had my oil change here on my parents 2014 3500 Ram Dually truck and asked them to check the tire…read morepressure sensors as one of them was not reading while they were at it. The service person I spoke to said it wasn't a problem and the truck will be ready within a couple hours. So far so good. He even took my number down so he could call me if they needed anything or if the services were completed early. 3 hours had passed (passed the time of estimated completion quoted by the service person) and didn't hear anything back from the dealer so I decided to call. When I called in the service person on the phone said the truck is ready for pick up. Upon pick up I asked about what they found out about the tire pressure sensor and the service person said yes one of them needs to be replaced. . .duh I could have guessed that! A call from them would have been nice to check with me to see if I wanted them to replace it while it was in for services but no that did not happen. The worst part of my service experience at this Dodge dealer is that when I got out to the truck, whoever worked on the truck left some nice fat muddy boot prints for us in the truck that was just detailed!‍. They must have just run out of those nice little courtesy floor mats people usually use‍ At that point I was so irritated I did not even go back in to the service department to let them know. Usually one would expect decent service at the major car dealers but I guess I expected far too much. I definitely do not recommend this place!

I had the very best customer service ever here today. The man behind the counter went out of his…read moreway to help me. I needed a nut for the tie rod of our truck, along with the cotter pin. It was a very urgent need. He pulled a whole tie rod assembly for our truck down off the shelf to ensure he found the right nut and cotter pin. When he couldn't find the right one in the store, he gave me the one off the tie rod assembly and told me that he could replace the one for the tie rod assembly that he has to sell within a day. I was so grateful. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. He said to just come back when I needed something for the truck. I will most definitely be back. Customer service is not dead. It just lives in Safford!

Is this some sort of scam? I am so mad at Walmart for this service that I vow to spend less money there. More online shopping instead. No one should be treated like they are scum and that is exactly how the technician treated me, like I was annoying them by even showing up. I'll never go here again.

Anyway with less than 7000 miles on the engine on the way home from over 3 weeks away, we broke down. What an ordeal to get it towed from the middle of nowhere to the closest Ford dealer who could work on it- the other options were two dealers in Tucson but they couldn't work on our engine. We arrived after closing but had called and spoke to Tj before they closed. From that first call on Wednesday to Friday when we got on the road again the entire staff - especially Tyson- work hard and efficiently to help us get home. This place deserves dealer of the year from corporate!! Tyson made sure we were taken care of from the moment we met him Thursday morning. As we waited we saw how this dealership is such a part of the community, the trust we saw people had in the service department was amazing! We don't see that anymore. Sit in their lobby for a few hours and you'll hear every one thanking Tyson over and over. He is such an amazing young man, we can't say how much he helped ease our stress. I'd never let them come close to touching the wiring in my vehicle, judging by their incompetence.They aren't the only tint shops in town, so shop around. Found another place that did my windows for cheaper and without all the attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
