Less than 12 hours to my appointment I receive a text, in a Sunday night, that "double booked" and can't accommodate my appointment. Ther common theme seems to be lack of organizational skills and not meeting promised appointments. They want me to try again the following week but I worry they will actually meet time set.

I asked about some other services, but he didn't actually recommend me spending the dollars. It's actually refreshing to patronizing and establishment. That's honest and gives you sound advice. There's a reason why this place has been in business for several decades. They weren't the cheapest, but I ultimately went with them because I felt very comfortable.
