Elias and Yithel were exceptionally helpful. Yithel helped me find the right windshield wiper for the back window of my van and she put it on for me. I would recommend this store. read more

I went in for a check engine light and Mike was able to help me quickly and answer several questions. His recommendations were so helpful and I resolved the problem quickly. The problem was the thermostat and how to get it fixed right away as my daughter had to get back on the road first thing in the morning and all this happened on a Sunday! Thank you Mike!! read more

Dayana (or whatever her name is) was rude and completely unprofessional. I've never had a problem here before, but today was ridiculous. If she hates her job that much, she shouldn't be working the register. Someone needs to check her attitude or move her somewhere she doesn't have to deal with people. read more

Worker put me on hold said he will just finish up with customer upfront and to give him a minute, they left me on hold for 20min and heard nothing so I called back and they just kept hanging up on me. read more

Nice shop. Great help. What more can I say? Shout out to the manager-well two of them that helped me both times I stopped in this week . Once to purchase wipers and once for a battery check. Yes, back to back . Cars... what are you going to do? I called in first to see if they had the wipers. The customer service over the phone was good and I was given a few options . Fast forward to the store where the manager even left the counter to retrieve the product instead of leaving me on my own. The manager even helped to install the wipers and added the windshield wiper fluid that I purchased. As for the car battery ,next time I will ask for the battery cells to be checked too and not just the battery because I ended up at a 2nd place the next day. So happy that you are located on the corner of Riverwalk and Mission in the city of Riverside. read more

very bad service, they have no sense of customer service. they gave me wrong advice which resulted in me paying for something I did not wanted or needed and then clearly showed that they did not care about it. had to return the item and wait for 5 days for the money to get back in my account, now I have no money to buy what I needed. read more

I was looking for a part for my El Camino. EGR valve. Should be common due to smogging I have one on order due to be delivered on March 30. Was looking to find one sooner. AutoZone said they could have it the next day. But it was $15 more than the one I have on order. I asked if they price matched? He told me only if it's the same brand. Since when does brands come in to price matching, new to me. He argued with me about it , I decided to just wait it out till the 30th. I didn't care for the gentleman's attitude. Is it because I'm female. I've owned my car since 1983. It's a 1977. I know my car! read more

Like a true Californian, we get an ounce of rain & go crazy Ana V. helped & was super quick & nice! Definitely more than I thought windshield wiper blades should cost, but (sigh) what can you do? Ana confirmed that they're better than their competitors down the street. read more

My dad went to order a part and his card declined because of unusual activity, but the cashier made a face even though my dad paid with a different card. They said the part would be ready in 2 days & on the second day they said it was coming in later that day. We called and they put us on hold for so long & they never came back. So we went to the autozone and they told us that the part is still not there, but couldn't tell us another estimate date. They just said "idk" so idk what to say about this autozone. read more

I had to return some unused unopened tools with a receipt that i purchased at a different auto zone.. The manager on training didn't wanted to do the refund because he had no money at his location he said . Now I wonder if all the parts that I purchased from a different AutoZone have warranty at a different location or do I have to go back to the same location and if they do have warranty or not at all ... I wonder if they all have different rules at each location. He didn't even want to give me his name he said they call him JR. DIAZ. I'll never go to an AutoZone again I'll start purchasing my parts from Pep Boys or Carquest. Do not go to this AutoZone they don't care about the client. read more

I needed an oil change so I went in to get oil and an oil filter but I didn't know what size I need so I asked the person working and they got the right one for me. I went home did my oil change only to find out that all my oil had went straight through my car and onto my driveway because they gave me the wrong size oil filter. So I went back and they gave me the right one. I asked what about all the oil that was wasted and my now oil stained driveway because of their mistake. They said they can't do anything about that and so I had to spend another $30 on oil. I shouldn't have to spend $30 more because of something that isn't my fault. read more

Definitely coming back to this location. read more

Great, knowledgeable staff. No up-selling, no BS, just honest car people helping with basic questions. My car needed a refill on its oil and I was able to get in and get out efficiently. Horrible customer service. Very Very rude NO customer service. Will NEVER go again. Went to check battery life on my car and girl and guy kept going back and forth neither of them wanted to check it for me. The girl finally went to check seemed she didn't know what she was doing. Asked guy to please go check for me again and he seemed very annoyed he didn't want to do it. Wish I would of got there names. read more

warranty is a lie. I bought a battery only 3 months ago, was told I wouldnt need a receipt. It already left me stranded, with AAA saying it was just the battery. I went in to replace it and was first told I would have to purchase a new battery and then get refunded for the warranty, when I asked them to just replace it, they went to look it up on the computer and somehow they lost both my name and my phone number in their system so they wouldnt cover me. Long lines . Under staffed. They can't keep track of who's next and let people cut in front of you.

Had to recycle motor oil and luckily AutoZone had room to accept the oil as the other auto store I went to said they could not accept it. I was able to recycle it without any problems at all and they even accepted oil filters. I was helped by Kevin who was extremely friendly, professional, and overall a great pleasure to work with. Thank you again for your help! A+ for his customer service! read more

They take forever to answer the phones. And that is that I was trying to get a hold of them ALL DAY. And would be put on hold for more than 20 minutes each time. When the male answered I expressed the fact I had been put on hold several times for more than 20 minutes at a time when I had simple question. His response was "well that doesn't change the fact there is a line of people waiting". Really unprofessional. Once again autozone keeps there reputation for bad customer service. Will be calling corporate. GO TO TO O'REILY OR NAPA where they never put you on hold this long‍ read more

this autozone literally deserves zero stars BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM LUIS. i went in for to ask for the oil appropriate for my car. i got helped by a man named luis. he was incredibly rude!!!! after waiting forever for him to get off his phone... he sighed when i asked for his help and he said "did you even try looking under your hood?" i was taken aback because i had approached him really politely! i responded with an apology and he sighed again and said, "it's fine" and followed him... as he walked by me, i heard under his breath "white trash". i let him check what oil i needed, said thank you, and left quickly. don't come here unless you want to receive horrible service. he should be fired!!!! read more

This store deserves zero stars. Customer service is horrible store needs to be shut down or hire people who actually want to have a job. I went in for a part and the assistant manager started the search by putting in the year of the car then walked out the door and left the premises without saying a word. This is the final straw I will never go to this store ever again. read more

Went in to purchase wipers. The staff was very friendly and I was greeted by all. They were very busy and staff member Gina was very helpful. She saw me looking at the book trying to figure out what I needed and approached me with her assistance. She stated that instead of looking up I'm in book, to let her find the correct size on the computer. We then went to look up parts and Gina went and grabbed the correct wipers, charged me and even installed them in the rain. Was assisted today @11:34 am by a young Hispanic female employee who lacked any knowledge about product and customer service. This employee definitely needs to be trained or retrained because it's coming off more that she has 0 training on product location and information, the system, how to address customer when unaware of the answer, your rewards program and return policy. After her answers to my questions were I don't know and ended it there I asked to have someone who does know if they could help me instead but instead she gave me attitude every step of the way and I was STUCK with this employee. read more

The worst customer service ever from the manager himself! I ordered a part and was told it would be ready for pickup next day. I called the next day to confirm it was available and was told it was ready for pickup. I get there a lady helped me but she had no idea where it was so she asked manager to help they both walked to back and came back with nothing. They literally ignored me with no reason explanation and both started helping the next customer. The manager had the balls to tell me "I am looking for it" as he is helping someone else! Wow customer service is not at the top of their list! Never again...makes Amazon look better and better! read more

I was in doubt as to whether I needed a new battery for my car. I was told that Autozone would test my battery for free, and if I needed one I could buy it there and they would install it for no extra charge.
