Nice shop. Great help. What more can I say? Shout out to the manager-well two of them that helped me both times I stopped in this week . Once to purchase wipers and once for a battery check. Yes, back to back . Cars... what are you going to do? I called in first to see if they had the wipers. The customer service over the phone was good and I was given a few options . Fast forward to the store where the manager even left the counter to retrieve the product instead of leaving me on my own. The manager even helped to install the wipers and added the windshield wiper fluid that I purchased. As for the car battery ,next time I will ask for the battery cells to be checked too and not just the battery because I ended up at a 2nd place the next day. I needed an oil change so I went in to get oil and an oil filter but I didn't know what size I need so I asked the person working and they got the right one for me. I went home did my oil change only to find out that all my oil had went straight through my car and onto my driveway because they gave me the wrong size oil filter. So I went back and they gave me the right one. I asked what about all the oil that was wasted and my now oil stained driveway because of their mistake. They said they can't do anything about that and so I had to spend another $30 on oil. I shouldn't have to spend $30 more because of something that isn't my fault. read more

warranty is a lie. I bought a battery only 3 months ago, was told I wouldnt need a receipt. It already left me stranded, with AAA saying it was just the battery. I went in to replace it and was first told I would have to purchase a new battery and then get refunded for the warranty, when I asked them to just replace it, they went to look it up on the computer and somehow they lost both my name and my phone number in their system so they wouldnt cover me. They take forever to answer the phones. And that is that I was trying to get a hold of them ALL DAY. And would be put on hold for more than 20 minutes each time. When the male answered I expressed the fact I had been put on hold several times for more than 20 minutes at a time when I had simple question. Went in to purchase wipers. The staff was very friendly and I was greeted by all. They were very busy and staff member Gina was very helpful. She saw me looking at the book trying to figure out what I needed and approached me with her assistance. She stated that instead of looking up I'm in book, to let her find the correct size on the computer. We then went to look up parts and Gina went and grabbed the correct wipers, charged me and even installed them in the rain. This employee definitely needs to be trained or retrained because it's coming off more that she has 0 training on product location and information, the system, how to address customer when unaware of the answer, your rewards program and return policy. The worst customer service ever from the manager himself! I ordered a part and was told it would be ready for pickup next day. I called the next day to confirm it was available and was told it was ready for pickup. I get there a lady helped me but she had no idea where it was so she asked manager to help they both walked to back and came back with nothing.
