I never had a dealer service department send me a video of the actual service work being done in real time. What a great idea! We recently bought a used CX-5 from this dealer. Great sales experience. After many many Jeeps we decided to go with Mazda due to very good reliability reports. Our last Grand Cherokee was terrible with ECM problems and Savage Jeep could not diagnose the problem but still charged us over $250 for 'no actual' service. We will never buy another Jeep. Shawna from Piazza service was wonderful. My wife (her car) took the CX-5 in for the complimentary free first service and she's very impressed. Mechanic so polite and respectful. She loves her CX-5!

They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

They checked it over, got the vehicle driving straight and while it was there , I also got her oil change and tires rotated. They did it in a short time so I didn't have to wait all day.
