The best experience purchasing a car, bar none. Purchasing a car is a very expensive investment so you need someone who is knowledgeable, understanding and is interested in the customers wants/needs. That defines Tom Miller. He is understanding, knowledgeable, and listens to the Customer. He is also aware of his surroundings, such as opening or closing the passengers door for a customer. Asking if the customer would like something to drink. Most of all, he gives his full attention, speaks with a gentle voice and does not try to hustle. It's those little things that matter to a customer. I would suggest all salesperson's to learn Tom Miller's technique. Thank you, Tom! read more

Excellent service. They never try and tell me things that needs to be fixed when it doesn't.

I always have my services done here. I have never felt pressured or lied to about my service. They are always up front about prices and understanding about budget.i brought my Crosstrek in for the 30000 mile service that can be pricey but very important to maintain health of my car, they asked me at least 3 time if I was aware of the cost. This was so nice because had I not been aware I could have been sidelined by the price. It usually run about 550. I knew this and was prepared.i love my Subaru but I trust Steve Moyer and because of this I don't take my car anywhere but here. The service team is excellent and I plan to drive this Crosstrek till it dies but will then buy my next from them great place to take your car anytime. read more

I came to Steve Moyer for a routine oil change and ended up leaving with a new vehicle! While waiting, I met Taylor, who took the time to answer all my questions and let me test-drive a couple of models. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine customer service made all the difference. I'm so happy with my new lease and highly recommend asking for Taylor if you're visiting Steve Moyer. For a long time I have been leasing Subarus, mostly Foresters. I moved to this area 14 years ago and started leasing from Steve Moyer Subaru in Leesport. I have no complaints. Sales and service is amazing. Recently I had a problem with my car, ( which is very rare) it left me with a difficult situation. I contacted the General Manager Robert and the cooperation was more than I expected. Certain dilemmas leave you feeling angry with no easy way out. This was different thanks to the dedication of a General Manager that stands behind his dealership. Thank you to Robert, the service manager, Erwin and the entire staff at Steve Moyer Subaru in Leesport read more

Everything was great except the customer service from the service person. I was having issues with getting my digital insurance card because I'm not used to this kind of stuff. And he wouldn't bother to help me he just sat there and watched. If he doesn't like being a customer service, then he should be removed. read more

Made an "express" appointment for 2:30. Only got a text at 3:25 that a tech was assigned to my car. People that were there after me were leaving. One customer had "2 techs work on his car" because he had to leave. I was there over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation ‍. I'm no mechanic, but the word "express" did not match the time I spent waiting read more

I bought a 2025 Subaru Outback with about 2200 miles on it. I really like the vehicle with bumper to bumper warranty and purchased an extended warranty. I brought my Outback to the dealership for an oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, the person that took my payment said that I had a hole in my manifold and to bring it in for repair and that it would be covered under warranty. So I brought the Outback in 2 weeks later for repair and got a loaner car. I received a call later that day and they said that the damage was external and" they took pictures" it WON'T be covered under warranty and the attendant' Josh Fisher cocky as hell, said they could fix it for $2500. So I pick my car up and they charged me over $90 because their staff looked at ihe car, which I would have never brought in until I was told to bring it in by a Moyers Subaru employee!!!!!! I did call the 800-subaru3 number to report my issues and was shut down by Mike saying that it was reported by Moyer Subaru that it was external damage. To make a long story short. I brought my car to my mechanic and he fixed the issue for $225.00 saying that there was NO issue with the manifold but it was a bad gasket that should have been covered by warranty and was applled that they didn't cover/ or do the proper inspection to fix the problem. So I will NOT spend another cent to Subaru!!!!! What a bad experence over $225.00. read more

What a great experience at Steve Moyer Subaru. My salesman, Tom, gave me a fair deal quickly. I don't know that I've ever left a showroom happier with a car than I am with this Subaru. I love driving the car. The after-sale follow up has been amazing. The finance guy was very quick. We were in and out in about two hours or so from walking through the door to driving home. This has been a great experience. It's just been a really positive experience. read more

We needed a family car and I could not put off this trip to a car dealership any longer. Tom M and the team at Steve Moyer Subaru gave us the opposite of everything I was dreading: No haggling, worked with our budget, no pile-on's, simple and clear paperwork!! I still can't believe it. We spent less time there than at the grocery store :) First time getting a Subaru and we are glad we did. We highly recommend this dealership- ask for Tom. read more

Several years ago I purchased snow tires from Moyer's because they would change for free in fall and spring. I changed them myself this spring to save the trip and found the nuts were over torqued that one would only come off half way. Had vehicle towed to Moyers and they found three nuts and lugs on that wheel that had to be changed. They started to blame me until I mentioned that you installed the wheels. After driving the car for less than 100 miles, I decided to check the torque on the alloy wheels. To my surprise the only wheel they worked on , two of the bolts were hand tight. GOOD THING no one was hurt from these issues. Stay far away from this place unless you need a cabinet filter you don't really need. RUN AWAY. Purchased three cars from them . Never again. read more

I'm currently on my third Subaru from Steve Moyer. I've been dealing with the staff at Steve Moyer since 2015 and have never had a poor experience. My current car is a Legacy XT Touring. I had to special order the car as it wasnt available at the time (so that part was pretty easy since there wasn't any real haggling), and the entire process took a little longer than I expected but Covid was just becoming a thing so I guess it was just a sign of things to come. Thru the last 5 years I had nothing extremely memorable or extremely bad happen at the dealership. I take my cars there for all service. All inspections. And I always feel like they are being up front and honest with what my car needs/will need in the future. The reason I'm finally writing my review for the dealership, is because with this car, I've had some unfortunately bad cosmetic luck. First, I picked up my car at night when I bought it, and the next few days it rained, finally I had a day off and saw my car in the sunlight... there was a weird purple splotch on the bumper. Took it to the dealer, pulled into the bay and... the splotch was gone. I thought I was crazy (they probably did too). I drove away, pulled into a parking lot nearby and got out... and the splotch was back. I pulled back in, left it outside this time... and brought the service advisor outside...and now finally I wasn't crazy. It was a factory defect paint job. They could not have been nicer about it, from bringing over someone from the paint shop to try and get it out, to finally calling Subaru and getting a new bumper for my car. It was such a small little blotch, but it would have bothered me every time. Then recently, i drove thru some lime green paint and the inside of my wheel wells were covered in green paint... took it in for inspection and to have that looked at. I received a phone call back from my Service Advisor and was told "they got all the paint off the cars but the wheel wells were basically fabric so 'they did the best they could' "... I was bummed. I mean, a dark grey car, with 1/2 lime green wheel wheels.... Pulled up, got my car.... I'm not sure what "they did the best they could" meant, but there was literally almost no paint left. A few little sprays here and there, but unless you were looking you cannot see them. Long story short, every sales rep I've had has been great and knowledgeable. Every experience I have had with the finance dept has also gone smoothly and I never felt pressured into taking a coverage/warranty/option that I did not want... and their service dept and body shop has been awesome. II would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru. read more

As most of you know buying a car is usually not the most pleasant experience, but not so here. I was at another dealer before coming to Steve Moyer Saturday morning and my experience couldn't have been more different. They ( other dealer) were rude, rushed, and condescending; Steve Moyer dealership was the opposite professional, through, and flexible. Our salesman, Tyler Rivera, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He knew the car and what he was doing!! He helped set up the car for me and ensured I knew the car and all its cool features. The sales manager was helpful and professional as well as the financial guy. I am so very excited by my new car purchase and hope to have a lasting relationship with Steve Moyer Subaru read more

Just bought a 2018 Subaru Outback. The salesman was helpful, but not pushy. He explained the various "bells and whistles" as we were taking our test drive. We got the price we were looking for on our trade-in and the deal was made! I would definitely recommend this dealer ( and Subaru) to anyone. read more

Don't ever use the repair shop services. 3 times they said the car was done, 1st time they never addressed the mechanical problems from the accident! Then we had to pay for more repairs insurance wouldn't cover. 2nd it never made it home and needed more repairs. 3rd time it made it home but wouldn't start the next day. Every time we went to pick it up they had to jump it, they said they leave the doors open while working on the cars. So they ruined the battery and we had to buy a new one. Now after the 4th pick up 2+ months later we have the car, however, before the minor accident we were not having any problems. The car was smooth and spaceship quiet, no noises or issues at all. Nothing we were even concerned about. Then after 2 months at this shop and there's all kinds of wear and tear issues, brand new loud noises and more repairs are needed. The body work was done fine. But they are not good at doing anything else. read more

I actually drove out to Leesport from Allentown just to deal with Moyer's for my new Subaru. I'd shopped around the Lehigh Valley and unfortunately tripped over some unpleasant salespeople at my local dealers... which left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Every single person I've dealt with at Steve Moyer has been friendly, professional, and low-key: No pressure, no drama, none of that souped-up state of anxiety/urgency that other dealerships seem to thrive on from the second you walk in the door. Every single detail was the same on paper, exactly as I'd been promised it would be via email. My Forester was even nicer than I'd imagined. I'm thrilled with how this went and I can't recommend them enough. I have to say despite the distance they're likely going to get my service business as well. Well worth the short drive out to Berks County for the superior experience. read more

I bought my 2015 forester with them two years ago and could not have asked for a better experience! It's disheartening to read these negative reviews because my experience was quite the opposite, and continues to be to date. Mike Kuzma was my amazing salesmen and he made me feel totally comfortable. Mike didn't give any pressure and it was a very relaxed environment. He worked very hard to hunt down the exact forester I was looking for. He recently just called me on my two year anniversary to check-in. I have had no issues with my Subaru but even the routine oil change staff are fantastic! Everyone is so friendly! I recommend everyone to Steve Moyer! (Plus-- they put me on a billboard when I purchased my car... What could be cooler!) read more

They told me I had to take a white subaru never let me pick my own color of car and all the other chevy dealership I dealt with let me choose my own color also the guy who sold me the car drove around showing us how it works and the first thing he did was hit a big old pot hole with the right front tire. Brand stinking new car and he hit a pot hole. So wrong. Also never buy the stuff they sell you to put on your seats and the outside paint on the car. They messed up my passenger seat putting that stuff on the car seats. Never again dealing with them. If I decide I want another subaru i will never deal with them.SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! read more

Bought a Subaru from them less than a year ago, took it for inspection today. Did not give us a price of what it was going to cost before they did to work. The car only had 5900 miles on it and they said that we still need tires. Charge us $173 for inspection and Servicing. Unbelievable entirely too much money. But then they said they gave us a free car wash. I will never go back there again. Very poor customer service skills. It would have been nice if they would have given us a price for inspection before ripping us off. read more

I had a terrible experience at Steve Moyer Subaru this past weekend. My wife and I attempted to test drive a 2014 Forester. While the salesman was showing us the features of the car, he attempted to adjust the telescoping steering wheel and the engine immediately shut off. He said he would have a technician look at this right away. No real apology was issued, no other comparative offers were made, and the manager was "too busy" to talk to us. The manager was joking around with some co-workers. He was not busy. We walked away. They should have been embarrassed by something as ridiculous as not being even able to get a test drive off of the ground due to the engine of the vehicle shutting off, but apparently, they simply don't care. Here's the best/worst part: Three days later, my wife received a call from Steve Moyer Subaru asking how we were enjoying our new Forester! The Forester that we not only were unable to test drive, but never bought. These clowns are so screwed up they can't even keep track of their inventory or what cars they have sold. This was the most idiotic shopping experience of my entire life. read more
