Four years and the framing that extends to connect the trailer to my truck is all rusty. Cheap coating of black paint was used which was completely useless on an outdoor product. The very least that should have been used was water resistant paint. Thank god I stored it in my garage when I lived in Florida. Typical business that only cares about a sale.

So I discreetly asked if there was actually butter on this one he said yes, but they have a measured amount. Of course, that makes sense I purchased it went to the car, opened it up and could barely find a New York Schmear. I'd rather they just charge me an extra $.50 and give me some butter on my buttered roll. That's the only downside to today's quick stop

The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, the team comes across as fair, honest, and focused on doing things the right way. It's safe to say I'll be going back to Bolt moving forward.
