The nicest team in here! My hubby has the best of things to say about this place. All the guys in here are so knowledgeable and supportive! Ordering online is easy! Picking up in store as well. Never a hard time. Great auto part store. The team is very personable like when you walk into a starbucks. They just remember you! I needed a battery for my car so I paid for a "Diehard" and then went outside to have it installed. The guy came over (after working on a car before mine) to put in the new battery but he balked when he saw that my car (a Mazda) has some fuses and gadgets attached to the + post or terminal of the battery. Ironically I had my car running but had shut the engine off before he came over to my car. He tried to help me restart my car but it refused (quite dead battery). He then went inside the store to get a better booster. So I went in to get a refund on the "Diehard" battery I had just bought. Before I tried to get a refund the installer went back outside to my car with another guy (named "Anthony") and so I got off the line to go back outside and so Anthony turned out to be a hero and he got the job done pretty fast. It was during my lunch break at work so I appreciated how he removed the 6 year old battery and put in the new "Diehard" battery with skill and finesse. I was able to get back to work only 30 minutes late. Anthony did a great job. read more

I needed some guidance recently on cleaning auto glass. No matter how diligently I cleaned the windows on my 2006 Honda Accord, I wound up with smears and glare. I stopped in, not knowing how readily I'd be welcomed or whether I'd be given good advice. I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. I was directed to a moderately priced product, though I could have been sold an expensive one. I was also given a few tips such as using newspaper to wipe off the spray cleaner. This is a well-stocked, professional store with a small-town feel. Employees are courteous and genuinely interested in serving customers. read more

My 11 year-old car car came with a remote key fob, enabling me to lock and unlock the doors, open the trunk, etc. by pressing the appropriate buttons on the fob. A week ago, the battery in the fob died. I researched the problem and tried opening the fob so I could replace the battery. No luck. This afternoon, I stopped at this store and explained my problem. Within a few minutes one of the staff members opened the fob successfully and replaced the original battery with a lithium battery. I could not have asked for more friendly or competent service. I'd recommend this store without reservation. read more
