I drove into Luposello's with my front bumper torn somewhat loose on each side. I had been able to drive there safely and it looked like they might be able to take it off and re-attach it but I wasn't sure. Sure enough they could, *and* I was told if I could wait an hour or so until the guys came back from lunch they would do it as soon as possible instead of me having to leave it. And the price was great! From my past experiences with them I totally trust the work they do and am very grateful for the really fast service. A lot pf places would have told me to leave it and then over charged me to boot. I was really stressed out when I got there. And relieved when I left. Thank you so much!!

I brought it somewhere else and they fixed it right away. Did they not think to check it for leaks? Doh! Then my wife brought her car there three times against my wishes and charged her every time and never fixed the problem. It seems to be a recurring thing that they do. Oh, and one of the owners was so rude and obnoxious that it was unbelievable. There's no excuse for lousy work and menacing behavior so the owner can come on here and BS me all she wants. Makes me embarrassed to be Italian/American. My advice is to stay away at all costs.

Can't say enough good stuff about Presto…read more A few highlights: Very professional and courteous. Competitive prices. You dont need an appt for an oil change. Just get in line and wait. If they notice something that needs to be replaced - even if its an air-filter during a routine inspection - they'll show you the damaged part and ask if you'd like to replace it. They provide excellent customer service and do great work. For example, after a drive through car wash my "check engine" light came on. I was perplexed but figured I should get it checked out. Rather then going to the Toyota dealership which would cost me a 100 bucks just to investigate, I went to Presto. Even though it was after 6p and they were officially closed, one of the mechanics actually brought his diagnostic meter out to my truck and ran the test. Fortunately, there were no issues and he reset the light. I offered to give him 20 bucks for his time - he declined. I've been a loyal customer to Presto now for about 2 years and wont waste my time or money going anyplace else in West Co.
