Had an absolutely horrible experience here. I went in to buy a new battery for my Audi key. The man behind the desk took my key from me and attempted to open it with his own personal pocket knife. He didn't try a screw driver or anything else first, he immediately began carving away at my key with his knife. I didn't say anything because this man must know better than I do, considering he works at an auto parts store, right? Well, when his knife slipped and he gouged a piece off my key, I cringed and he proceeded to toss my key down on the counter and tell me that if that was how I was going to be, then he wasn't comfortable helping me and I should just go to Audi and have them handle it and pay a bunch of money. I explained that it wasn't my key, it was my boyfriend's, so I was just nervous about getting myself into trouble and he said "then have your boyfriend come in". Walked out to my car and cried in frustration. There was absolutely no reason to be treated this way. I think I had a pretty reasonable response to someone KNIFING my Audi key. By the way, I was able to pop open the key myself in the car with a quarter. Unsure as to why his go-to tool was a knife, but I ended up going back in and buying my battery. Absolutely disgusted by this interaction, the guy was a complete nightmare. Horrible experience start to finish. read more
