Jackie for the win.

Okay, so my husband was in a real big hurry. He had me call to see if this location had specialty tool in stock. I talked to Jackie (give that girl a raise) the part was there she put it behind the counter and I told her April fools day is my second favorite holiday. So I told her to hide the tool and play hot and cold with my husband. He said before he left " I'm going to record cause l every-time I go in they never have the part or tool they said they would." So for me THIS IS PERFECT! He will already be recording, and awaiting disappointment. She messed with him for a solid 60 seconds. He got it recorded too. Jackie made all my dreams come true as I've had to start my April fool's shenanigans early lately; cause he's onto me. #Jackie #DontKnowYouButLoveYou

Mike is the goat. He's literally out here in the rain putting in windshield wipers for everyone! If he wasn't already a manager I'd say he deserves to be one. Since he is I say he should train other store managers to do the same. Literally the best!

Completely unprofessional. Poor manage ment, confused customer service, unwilling to make things…read moreright with a long time customer. All this over a $12.00 shipping fee that they stole from me by refusing to return it to me ten minutes later because I found a better price at Auto Zone, $20.00 cheaper. They said it was company policy not to return shipping fees on orders. This policy was never disclosed upon purchasing the product. There were no visible signs at the cash register and the clerk failed to mention anything about this policy, shame on you Brad Beckham, CEO of ORielly's. That shall not steal is one of your baptist credos, or don't you believe in the Ten Commandments. I do, it is the basis of building an honerable business. I will never shop Orielly's anymore, even though it WAS my go to place for all my auto parts needs. The manager John at the 6415 University Ave was having a hard time controlling his rage with me over a valid dispute. Again shame on Brad Beckham for hiring the wrong people to manage his many storefronts here in San Diego, CA. Becuase they failed to accomodate a long time trusted customer, I have no other option than to try to keep any other people from ever experiencing what I did. DO NOT SHOP AT ORIELLY'S !!!

I just happened to take a chance and stop in here after admitting to the staff I had already been…read moreto Pep Boys & O'Reilly Auto looking for a bulb. I showed Eileen my problem, she immediately looked it up and the bulb she gave me I knew wouldn't work but she said "if the car is here go try it and if it doesn't work, we'll try something else" Since I didn't have anole bulb to show here, I gave a piece of cardboard to show the length of the bulb. Eileen preferred to have the owners manual but that didn't help either. It's obvious she knows how to think outside the box (all the while helping other customers and phone calls too). And after she looked something up in the catalog - she came back with a bulb from somewhere in the back warehouse and told me to go try it. That bulb was perfect !! I came back in and said I'll take another so I have a spare (never asked the price; dummy me) but out the door for 3 bulbs was only $7.45. Thanks Eileen- you're amazing to have watched, your skill level was not just with me but everyone you had in front of you or on the phone. Retired myself from the auto industry I can say I never saw more like you!! Oh, 2004 Toyota Tacoma dome light bulb.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Bought a NAPA AGM battery from a NAPA store…read moreabout a year ago and now that store is out of business so I go to another NAPA, this store. Sorry sir they don't cover batteries from another store. 36 month warranty on a battery and they said we don't honor another store bought battery. I'm going to Auto Zone and maybe they have better customer service. Piss on NAPA.

Brett is very disrespectful puts his hands up at customers when they are actually nice letting them…read moreknow they dropped the ball Now how they dropped the ball , we call to ask at 2:33 if the car is ready , we dropped it off at 9 am... the guy Brett states that he's the only one there managing everything and that he FORGOT to send the text , we get there and there's 2 other techs and then him in the office... I let him know someone said they are the only one here then he says that was him and I told him not gonna yell at you or nothing I'm calm just stating the shop was responsible to letting the customer know the car is ready he raises his hand , shakes his head and doesn't wanna hear a calm customer let him know he dropped the ball when the car was dropped off more 6 hours prior for an OIL Change !!!! That's insane and he doesn't wanna hear it. There was a white Mercedes that came after and their car is gone as you can see in the parking lot video down below!!

Huge improvement over the Pep Boys that used to occupy this building…read more Brand new store. It's clean, well-stocked, and nicely organized. Stopped by this past weekend to get a new license plate bracket for my car. My old one had some issues with the bolt holes. Memo helped me locate a new bracket and then figured out what screw combinations would work best. He really took a good amount of time and effort to get me set up correctly. Upon getting home and putting it all together, it looked and (most importantly) fit securely and neatly. Thanks Memo for your help and great customer service!
