Michael suggested a product that sealed the bulbs when installed ($2.50) and that has made all the difference. Then he offered to install them!!! All around fantastic professional employee!

I asked them to please remove the sticker from the shelf so other people wouldn't be frustrated by this. I ended up purchasing just a single quart. I should have just gone elsewhere but pressed for time and it already took too long waiting for them to try to figure it out.

Big shout out to Henry ( service writer) and the new service manager Mr Flores. It was a nice gesture when the actual service manager (Mr Flores) interact with his team and getting the job done. I was servicing my 2019 challenger GT with 95k miles and I have to say Iam one of those OCD people. Well they made me so comfortable , assured me everything was on a ticket, and a time frame that was very reasonable. The technicians are very careful with your car and I was very impressed how it came back to me. Without a doubt or question, I highly recommend going there and experience a nice place to do business. I was told that Mr Flores ( the new service mngr) has a lot to do with this. thumbs up to everyone! I will be back! Thank you!

Worst car service I've ever experienced - do not bring your car here if you're expecting good…read moreservice, especially as a woman. I had a diagnostic appointment scheduled a week in advance and had already explained my car issues, and when I arrived they were very confused and didn't try to help me at all. They treated me horribly, barely looked at my vehicle and told me to stop mentioning all of my car issues because they were "unrelated" and not listed on my appointment booking, although I already fully explained my situation on the phone a week in advance. They told me I can leave my car, but they won't even start to look at it for 2-3 weeks as they were backed up, which was not what i had been told when scheduling my appointment. Overall, extremely rude employees and did not seem to want to offer their services to me. Very condescending and tried to make it seem like I was wrong about everything. I was nothing but polite and patient, after not receiving any help or explanation I was disappointed decided to leave and take my car elsewhere. I ended up finding a much better repair shop in PB who resolved my issues in only a couple hours! Will not be returning to Carl Burger ever again - Waste of time!

Not that there aren't female employees at auto stores, it's just they are unicorns . Yesterday I was assisted by Gwendolyn and she rocked!! She talked me through the product and also suggested items that she's used. I was looking to put some shine on my car. We spoke about the difference between spray and sold; I end up going with the Meguiar's #1 cleaner wax paste. I normally receive great service at this location; as a female I get the run-around extra prices or just lost in isles bringing products to the counter. This AutoZone is awesome! With great customer service and well informed staff associates, and a female associate at that, I love it!!

They work on old cars which my Corolla wagon is 1995, and they replaced a valve cover gasket for me for $150 last year. Later, the owner Andy (aka AJ) helped me find a used 22R engine for my 1982 Toyota Sunrader RV, and later, a hood. Both those were located in LA. Then after I bought the motor, Andy bought my no good 22R engine that his neighbor took out. My hood got all rusted out from being exposed to the ocean dew for only a year. Andy looked up something for me on ChatGPT, which I at that time last year, never heard of. Now I can thank Andy for introducing me to ChaptGPT, because I chat with Chat every single day. Andy also introduced me to a "really cheap, REALLY cheap!" (those are Andy's exact words) mechanic across the street that put in the used 22R motor I bought for $850 labor. Andy said he uses that mechanic sometimes too, for his own car. I wrote separate 5 star review about that business, too. Here is picture of my 1982 Toyota Sunrader that Andy helped me find parts for. Picture was taken at Lost Dutchman State Park, near Phoenix AZ.
