We walk outside to show him it's pouring air out from the brand new plug; then he thought that was the perfect time to say that I was gonna end up needing a new tire. (Nobody even hinted at this) My paper work from them says "tech found nail recommended plug-in tire" Then after I leave the facility- I find out on my own that my wheel weights had been removed from the wheel and none put back on.
