Awful customer service. I'm the only one in the store and two employees won't acknowledge me as I'm standing at the counter. Apparently "finding a phone number" is more important than helping an actual customer standing in front of them. Do better. It's not hard to say hello and take my money for the products I wanted. Came in looking for Mercon V in a gallon after going to 2 other local auto parts stores (not naming names) and even though they didn't have it either, the incredible gentleman who helped me (didn't get his name) was able to get me 5 quarts for the same price as the gallon. I priced coils at ROCKAUTO for $32 each. Thought I'd check AZ. $90+EACH! Never going there for nothing! Walmart or ROCKAUTO from now on!

Takes/recycles (?) used motor oil and filters! They'll even take the containers too. Nice shiny new retail outlet, but all I wanted was a place to take my used motor. And they did! Fairly early as well. Bonus points for letting my dog run around. Went back a second time in under an hour to recycle some transmission oil as well. I'd be wary about purchasing major engine components (as opposed to getting them OEM) but for motor fluid recycling they get three thumbs up. (Dog threw a paw up as well.) read more

AJ and Alex are absolutely amazing! I got an oil change at a local place and they broke off my oil cap and would not replace it, saying I am liable for any parts damaged during the oil change. They then offered to sell me what they broke for $30. Obviously not wanting to deal with them anymore I left. I called multiple auto stores with no answer, but as soon as I called AutoZone AJ answered and helped me find the right oil cap for my car for $8 and had it ready for me on the counter when I showed up an hour later. AJ and Alex saw that I had my newborn with me, it was HOT outside, and I clearly didn't have tools with me. They grabbed some pliers, ripped off the old broken piece and put on the new cap. I couldn't have asked for better service. They were also super friendly and upbeat and made a stressful situation easy. I won't be going anywhere else for car parts!!! They deserve a raise!!! read more

On my one hour lunch decided to give our new auto zone my business since I needed to purchase a new battery for my 2005 auto. Very nice to check old battery but in doing so they didn't know were the battery was as I am original owner I know we're my battery is she said oh that's not your battery when it was shown to her she said it was by the tire I'd have to take the whole tire off to change my battery and couldn't get a reading off of a medal piece that wasn't the battery. So whole lunch hour gone for nothing. So won't be back I'm sticking with les swabs they know there cars . read more

We went here to find a replacement for a retired coolant hose after having no luck elsewhere. The manager who helped us here went above and beyond! She researched everything to better understand exactly the problem and fit for an hour. Eventually she was able to find a good replacement and had it transferred the next day. She let us have the option of returning if it didn't fit but it did and we were so appreciative! The was so amazing and kind! read more

Get out of the zone. Hands down one of the worst experiences I ever had getting a car part the lady told me if I had put my order in before 3 p.m. I would have it by 9 a.m. the next day so I paid in advance with my card the next day comes they said sorry no part something wrong with FedEx it should be in the following day they said following day came still no part they said wow really sorry it's out of our hands we put the order in not on us give it one more day they said day 3 still no part I asked to speak with manager manager says well it's not on us let's contact the warehouse The Warehouse said we don't even have that part in stock so I asked manager how can you promise people apart next day delivery take their money and not even know if the place you're ordering from carries it he replied well most of the time they do I said can I just get my money back yes sure will put it back on your card you should have it within 3 to 10 days I will never go back there again nor recommend them read more
