I called an my service advisor told me the work had to be done; sent me an invoice for cost and as I had a trip scheduled; I said do it. And that's when it all fell apart. 1. Part of the work was under warrantee, he wasn't aware of at first. 2. Then he told me they could not make repairs due to not having the parts. 3. Then it changed to he couldn't get car in because service team had the next 2 days off, 4. Then it was the car wouldn't be finished as the silicon had to harden. 5. I asked if I could make a 1400 mile trip with the car as it was, and he was like sure thing. Needless to say, I left feeling unsafe to be driving that distance and so I rented a car. It nagged at me~ did the car need immediate action? I called when I returned from my trip and spoke to Rich the Service Manager. He listened to my concern ; I had left with my car not having been repaired and I no longer felt safe driving it. More importantly I no longer had confidence in Brilliance Subaru. Rich stepped in and stepped up. He explained everything and listened to my concerns about "immediate action required". I told him, as a woman who does long distance driving~ any kind of driving, it's more dangerous if I break down on the tollroad. I need to feel safe in my care. I need my service advisor to tell me the truth about my vehicle and my safety. Rich made sure all the repairs were done and that my car was working. He apologized for the miscommunications, and I left feeling "safe". Brilliance fixed my car, explained it all, and I left on my next long distance trip in my own car, not a rental and it performed amazingly.

Not just the blade but it cracked off half the metal thing. It was pouring rain and she was on the way to Rockford. I called the service department and was connected to Marcus. I explained the problem and he said no problem that he would take care of it. He told me to have her pull into the service bay and ask for him. She did that and he was there waiting for her!! I believe he started working on her wiper as she paid. I think he was already done by the time she paid. It was incredible. Especially as a mom knowing you can count on a company and a trustworthy young man!! The whole team there deserves praise but in my opinion especially Marcus!!

What impressed me most wasn't just how well Michael handled my needs--it was watching how he and his team treated every customer who walked through the door. They were clearly working short-staffed on an extremely hot and busy day, yet they remained professional, positive, attentive, and focused on taking care of people. Michael demonstrated exactly what great leadership and customer service should look like. He was communicating with customers, supporting his team, managing expectations, and making sure everyone was taken care of. You could tell the entire crew was working hard, and not once did I see the circumstances become an excuse for poor service. I hope Discount Tire's corporate leadership recognizes Michael and this Carpentersville team. Employees who continue to deliver this level of service under challenging conditions deserve to be acknowledged. They represented the Discount Tire brand exceptionally well. Thank you, Michael and team. Your hard work absolutely did not go unnoticed. Five stars and well deserved.

Belle Tire Hoffman Estates provided a great customer experience!…read more I checked several local places for new tire options and Belle Tire consistently came out to be the best pricing option, especially when I heard about their current soecial. David and Scott were very helpful before and during my service. I appreciated the thorough details regarding my new tires and the instructions for taking advantage of a $140 in rebates. I purchased the Michelin Defenders. The waiting room here is also very spacious, cool and comfortable. Great experience, all around. Thank you guys for so working hard in this exreme Summer heat too. Over the years, I'd come to know the guys at the counter well and they had built up some trust with me. For this recent service, I had obtained a quote from a local dealership of $460. I typically would go to Bunge's to avoid paying "dealer" prices. When I told the man at the counter the dealership price, he said that he'd match that price. In the end, the total cost of the service came in at $451 (just below the dealership cost). I'm thrilled that they matched the dealer price and I was able to support a local independent business. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car.

One they did not do at all (bleed brakes), the other they returned the car reassembled incorrectly, other systems now not functioning, and new parts broken by the tech.
