So I took her credit card and pumped her gas for her because the lazy POS behind the counter wouldn't . Buddy the 2001 ADA law requires you to help . Do your job. I told her to never use this place again and take her business elsewhere. Where they care about their clients . On this trip, it happened to be in Algonquin. It's a big station--I don't think they make small Thorntons stations. At Thorntons, though, you have to be tricky because they sell that E85 gas or whatever it is, plus some other kind of gas, which are cheaper than the standard regular/plus/premium unleaded. They advertise it in their signs, too, so you need to make sure you know which you're getting. They have the pumps color-coded--at least, this location does--so that helps, but if you're just looking at price you might not get what you actually planned. I've almost done that before and almost did here as well, so just pay attention.
