This is not what I want. I want hot coffee. Cold coffee once, sure, but 4 or 5 times in a row? I'm not going back until I know they have a make-it-now machine, since I have low confidence now. So there is no waiting for the stoplights to change! Even when it's busy I seem to be always able to find an open pump. It's been a rough winter so there has been a few out-of-order pumps this year but I think that is too be expected in the 15 below temperatures. One thing I found out this year, credit card readers don't work well during a polar vortex. The attendants inside are friendly so going inside to pay is not a problem. I recommend signing up for a BP Loyalty card. The program is free and you get 5 cents off per gallon on every other fill-up. Yes, it's only 5 cents but you have to take any discount you can get, right? Just remember to swipe your BP card before swiping your payment card.
