The owner explained it is because they sell liquor and have gaming machines. I completely understand it is illegal to sell liquor, offer gaming machines and allow people to smoke in IL. Also, I am not telling anyone how to run their business, however a cigar shop that does not allow you to smoke a cigar in their store is not for me. It's a fine shop if you want to pick up a pack of cigarettes or cigar in a pinch. I personally would not pay the premium on cigars if they are not offering me a lounge to smoke in their store.
