Prior to that and in the very near future...Negative temps. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a gentleman named Massy. I explained what I needed and he was more than willing to help. My truck needed new windshield wipers. Massy braved the cold snowy weather to install said wipers. They were a bit stubborn to remove but he managed without frustration. He was professional and accommodating. My truck also has a tire pressure issue. He directed me to the mini compressors and help me decide on the proper one.
