Said they'd check and call back. I received no call. 5 weeks later topper came in, with no rack but that's ok. Took 2 weeks to get in for an appointment because of a shortage of techs, still ok. Put topper on and it didn't match paint. Was told they would get it painted and put it on the following weekend, never got painted. They couldn't determine who was going to pay for it. Talked to manager on Friday who said the soonest he could get it in was following Monday. Got a call on the following Wednesday that it still wasn't painted. Enough was enough. 8 weeks for a topper was just nuts. Add in that they just didn't care was more than I could take. My kids have less excuses than these guys. Found out later from coworkers that they have had the same experience. Wish I would have known that earlier.
