That was not only disappointing but very upsetting ! After a couple days when I was able to roll my windows down the way they did my windows was not all the way and on top of that it was not a perfect job it had a small scratch that was cover by the car when window was all the way up. However did this job knew that the quality of his work was incompetent and not to a standard and they still let it be, they let a customer pick up their vehicle like they had done everything accordingly to the expectations. Will never EVER recommend this place or take any other car there! They also never apologized for their mistakes. They only say will make it right... no it was not right because my car did not had a dent before I took it in.

A week later, it warms up a bit, and the roads clear up. I tried to do a test hit at a light for the first time with the truck, and the trans instantly blew. I was hoping, since he's the owner of a 'reputable' shop, he would just buy it back for what I bought it for. When I asked, he basically told me I could either pay him to swap the trans, or I could get fucked. So I had him swap it for over $4k, and it took 2 months. I would ask for updates every week or so, and half the time he just wouldn't answer. Honestly partly my fault, I should have known that the guy who sold me a blown transmission would keep fcking me over. Anyways, don't give this guy your business. He's a scammer.

There was a "coincidental" breaking of my the control that changes the temperature of the car's interior, which is located directly under the placement of the stereo. I called them right away and was able to get back to their shop within a couple hours. I explained how there was no difficulty with the knob or its ability to function prior to the install, and how the settings were changed, and broken, after the install. They took the car back into the shop, took pictures, and told me how it couldn't possibly be their fault. They politely explained how if it was, they would certainly make it right, but that they were sorry, and it wasn't their doing. And the way they scheduled appointments was abysmal: come in at 09:00, but put me on the books at 16:00. And do the same with multiple other customers. I bought my stereo from Crutchfield. I would've installed it myself, but I'm new to town and don't have a garage. They complained that I didn't purchase from them when I initially made the appointment, but I got a better deal, and more of what I wanted, by going with Crutchfield. I would not go this place again. *sigh* But, hey, my new stereo works, and is awesome, thank you Crutchfield! I took my truck to Cal Worthington Ford, and they did me right. They took out the old knob, showed me how it had broken from the inside. Yup, from the inside. And CWF gave me a deal on replacing the part . Off to their site now to give them Five Stars.

We got there just before noon and was informed that their "one" guy was already installing a remote starter for another costumer and that we would have to reschedule. When we asked him "How was it that even though we had an appointment, there was no way they could help us?" He replied "We expect our customers to show up when we open at 10:00." "it's basically first come, first served." FYI.... They had scheduled five vehicles (including ours) for servicing that same day. Why even have appointments if it's a first come first served policy? They were rude about it and unapologetic. Also, when we called to schedule our appointment, we were told by a female employee that they did not carry the item we wanted to purchase. This was incorrect because we saw it when we visited the store earlier that week. All in all, I would much rather pay a little more, and go somewhere else. Pyramid Audio is a total "CLOWN SHOW", and I would think twice before letting them put hands on my vehicle. I wish I could give these guys a "0" star rating.
