There was a "coincidental" breaking of my the control that changes the temperature of the car's interior, which is located directly under the placement of the stereo. I called them right away and was able to get back to their shop within a couple hours. I explained how there was no difficulty with the knob or its ability to function prior to the install, and how the settings were changed, and broken, after the install. They took the car back into the shop, took pictures, and told me how it couldn't possibly be their fault. They politely explained how if it was, they would certainly make it right, but that they were sorry, and it wasn't their doing. And the way they scheduled appointments was abysmal: come in at 09:00, but put me on the books at 16:00. And do the same with multiple other customers. I bought my stereo from Crutchfield. I would've installed it myself, but I'm new to town and don't have a garage. They complained that I didn't purchase from them when I initially made the appointment, but I got a better deal, and more of what I wanted, by going with Crutchfield. I would not go this place again. *sigh* But, hey, my new stereo works, and is awesome, thank you Crutchfield! I took my truck to Cal Worthington Ford, and they did me right. They took out the old knob, showed me how it had broken from the inside. Yup, from the inside. And CWF gave me a deal on replacing the part . Off to their site now to give them Five Stars.

We got there just before noon and was informed that their "one" guy was already installing a remote starter for another costumer and that we would have to reschedule. When we asked him "How was it that even though we had an appointment, there was no way they could help us?" He replied "We expect our customers to show up when we open at 10:00." "it's basically first come, first served." FYI.... They had scheduled five vehicles (including ours) for servicing that same day. Why even have appointments if it's a first come first served policy? They were rude about it and unapologetic. Also, when we called to schedule our appointment, we were told by a female employee that they did not carry the item we wanted to purchase. This was incorrect because we saw it when we visited the store earlier that week. All in all, I would much rather pay a little more, and go somewhere else. Pyramid Audio is a total "CLOWN SHOW", and I would think twice before letting them put hands on my vehicle. I wish I could give these guys a "0" star rating.

I would end up getting the wrong one and have to return it, or get the right one and end up blowing a gasket trying to install it! So, keeping my sanity in mind, I called Rocket. Rocky showed up to give me an estimate, and a few days later, returned for the install. Within a few hours, I had two well-done mounts, and I still had my sanity intact. He did a great job, had all the parts and wires that were required, and kept a clean work site. I'll be getting a 70" screen for my living room in the future, and I'll be calling Rocket again!
