Shiv took the time to understand and respect my needs and concerns regarding a vehicle. He presented the sale professionally, clearly explained the process, and kept me informed every step of the way. I gave Shiv many different options to consider, but he confidently assured me that the Mitsubishi Outlander was the best fit for my budget and needs. I truly appreciate his honesty, guidance, and patience. Nosh, thank you so much for taking the time to show us the vehicle. We absolutely love our Outlander and could not be happier with our choice. What stood out most was that the entire team made the experience stress-free and comfortable. At no point did we feel pressured or forced into a decision. Instead, they provided support, knowledge, and reassurance, making the process enjoyable from start to finish. Most importantly, you made my son's day. I will never forget the smile on his face when we drove away in our new vehicle. That memory will stay with me for years to come. Thank you again to Shiv, Nosh, Kel, and the entire team for your exceptional customer service and professionalism. Cheers to all of you, and I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a positive and memorable car-buying experience. From Baljit Johal
