Bought a used car here. The tire got some sidewall damages before the purchase. And they repaired it before the delivery. Within 2 months of driving, the surface of the tire started to peeling off. And they asked over $500 to have it repaired.

    Great Coffee Bar!

I saw a nice X5 online and gave Bhupinder a call. He was great to deal with, and the car is awesome . I had a great experience!

I called Jay the following Friday with the intention to purchase after a test drive when he told me the car was sold. Jay never called me to let me know the inspection was done nor a courtesy call to let me know the car was sold. I felt like I was wasting Jay's time just to call him. He never said "sorry the car sold" or I'll call you if the deal doesn't go through or if we get another one in. Basically there was nothing in it for Jay so he made me feel like I should get lost. I was NEVER ever treated like this at Vancouver Porsche Follow up and customer respect - Jay gets an F!

I purchased a 2019 Miami Blue Macan from Porsche center Langley in November of 2019. I loved my…read morecar for most of this time. In January 2020 my 6 year old son went to open the back door and his finger got stuck in the door handle, it tore his finger when he pulled it out. Apparently some water got into the door handle and when it froze it cracked the door handle on both driver side doors. They fixed the problem and sent me on my way. Today, they have had my car for about 7 week and now they are telling me I wont have it back for another 6 weeks or so. My car filled up with water, battery was covered and the electrical etc has to be replaced and so does the carpets. I have been told by another mechanic (a friend who used to fix this issue) that once this happens cars usually have more issues as time moves on. There is a smell, and other water related damage that can happen. So, I call my sales guy Curtis who is now the used sales manager, I explained my concerns etc and long story short will buy back my car at the absolute top dollar he can if I am not satisficed with the repairs. Good enough. I kept checking on my car and he was going to have the service guy call and update me. I didn't hear from him for weeks. The whole time they had my car they never even called to discuss. On the second day they had my car someone called and said it would take a few weeks and would I be ok with the loaner car. I said ok. Its now been 7 weeks and the first contact with service was today. At this point I am getting upset and frustrated. This is the second water damage warrant work I have done and they dont seem to be too concerned that I am without my car. I message Curtis again about how much they will give me for my car, he offered me $57,000. What?? When I bought car they said that Porsche keeps its value?? I am looking on the carguru website and they offered me $58,700 and the wholesaler I know said the blue book value is $56k-$68K depending on condition of car. It is perfect. Just like the day I bought it and now has new carpets even. Only 20K on it even. Curtis sends me back an email and says that they need to make $7000 on the re-sale and I have to pay $2500 for service $2500 for two complete details one for when they show the car and the other when it is delivered to the new customer. What?? Then I have to pay for all the records, car history report etc. I remember paying $1000 for that when I bought the car and I know they are going to change that to the new owners as well, so why do I need to pay all that as well. This is crazy. I list my car for private sale and I can get $68,000 if ready by tomorrow. Well it wont be ready until February 15th (ish). I email the service guy and tell him my story and ask him what he is going to do for me. I ask for the next service to be taken care of by them ($1600 for oil change and top ups) or greatly reduced. The answer is NO. Management says they are doing nothing. I have a loaner car and that is all they are willing to do. This is the worst I have ever been treated and this is a luxury car store. They do not care about customer relations or service. I give them zero stars in that department. All I got was... ya that happens with the Macans both time I took it in for warranty work. Even after my small child was hurt and bleeding. My car is very pretty. It is the Miami Blue but I can wrap any car that colour and feel the same. The apple car play only works 65 percent of the time, you can only defrost the wind shield at full heat and full blast, and the rest of the heat systems are awkward to work. The only thing they said about this is yes, that is common with Porsche they dont get the little details but it is a good driving car. I agree it is nice to drive but a luxury car with that price tag should do a little more. signed... a very said Porsche owner

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Langley, and unfortunately, our experience has been…read morefar from what we had hoped for and even worse put the safety of my family in jeopardy. The issues began during negotiation, where in this process, the dealership actually threatened to increase the price of the vehicle. Despite this we eventually reached an agreement on the price that included the worn tires being replaced. Only after purchasing the vehicle, did we discover that only two tires had been replaced. Shockingly, only five months later, during our first service, Audi's own service department recommended replacing those same 2 tires. When I reached out to our salesperson, we felt that his response was dismissive. He mentioned that if it were his Tesla, he'd continue driving on those tires and that it was not a major concern. Do we listen to Audi's Service dept or do we follow the Audi salesperson's advice. Looking at the current state of the tires (cracked and peeling rubber) any reasonable person would agree they would have been a safety hazard as well at the point of purchase. The explanation provided however, was that it was our driving in the last 5 months that caused the rapid degradation and cracking of the tire. Our salesperson mentioned that the tires passed their safety check and fit within their criteria but look at the pictures and see how the rubber compound is cracking. In our opinion it was not only the depth of the the tread which was already a safety hazard but the cracking as well. When I raised concerns about the compromised safety and the optics of this situation with Audi Langley, they acknowledged and agreed that it was "not a good look", and yet Audi Langley were unwilling to address the situation. Additionally, on this same vehicle we're now dealing with the differential making a grinding noise and faulty seat sensors. We cannot help but question the quality of Audi Langley's safety practices and "certified pre owned" designation. A friend of mine, who has been a long term customer of Downtown Audi, was surprised by our situation as he has never had any issues even remotely close to this at his dealership. Attached are pictures for reference. Note the cracking and peeling. The owner of a tire store confirmed the tires were 90% worn out and there is no way the wear or cracking could have been caused in the last 5 months/12,500kms. He noted the tires were all the way back from 2019. In just a cursory search on line there were numerous articles indicating "cracked tires can quickly lead to sidewall blowouts" I believe the tire shop mentioned the term dry rot. My family drove on these tires at highway speeds after being mislead that the car was in safe working order. In hindsight, we regret not considering other dealerships or brands like BMW or Mercedes. The entirety of this experience has left us questioning Audi Langley, and more broadly, the brand itself. It's disappointing to feel misled about something as important as basic safety for your family. Clearly this is not the level of customer service of a luxury brand let alone any car dealership. The terms that came to mind that encompasses our experience with Audi Langley? Disappointing and Politely Adversarial.

It was towed to Audi Kelowna, the service was amazing but with 1000km on it in roughly 6 months it has to be towed yet again. Won't start. Audi Langley customer service is a poor representation of a brand that likes to boast luxury. They have been dismissive, I have never heard from the salesman or the general manager. if shopping for an Audi I would avoid Audi Langley.
