They towed the car at 1:30pm that day, and didn't even look at it. We call the next morning and the man on the phone was rude, saying he can't work in these conditions and nothing is wrong with it. Which was not true it stalled 2 times up the mountain. Very rude and disrespectful. and just seemed upset that we were even asking for help. Eventually we managed to get the car to a different shop and it wasn't just the alternator, it was the thermostat and the serpentine belt that was ruined, so no, "nothing's wrong with it" was a complete and blatant lie.
