I asked if I could break the charge up (silly me) and was told I wouldn't be able to get my car back. I declined any work to be done and went to pick up my keys and they wouldn't let me leave until I paid a $200 SERVICE FEE. This was due to the HOUR he claimed it took them to diagnose the issue (which I had already told them) this is mentioned NO WHERE. Even when I talked to Brandon TWO TIMES. he said nothing about a service fee if I declined service. He said there's some clause in the drop off forms but that ALSO does not say anything about a possible service fee. Terrible business practice. Do not go here.

The quote was around $2300, not including new tires. I immediately went and picked up my car; didn't tell them I was coming to get it. The mechanic was obviously miffed, and had an attitude. He called the place they get their tires to cancel the order for 4 new tires (which I did not say they could order in the first place, thank you very much). And he made sure to tell me I shouldn't be driving my car because it's dangerous. I had no plans to drive it anywhere but another shop. Bob's Towing charged me LESS than half of what Big O quoted me (including 4 new tires that I DID ask for, and a free alignment (Big O charges for this)), and several of the problems Big O found, didn't actually exist.
