His establishment is located in a business park, and he keeps his cars inside his warehouse. He maintains them in pristine condition. But the true test of Zora's customer service came a few hours later when this damsel in distress experienced a small glitch with the car. Of course it was after-hours so the dealership was closed but Zora arranged for his mechanic to meet me. I felt a little foolish because the glitch was so minor but Zora's mechanic ( his very agreeable Dad) solved the problem in minutes.
