They mailed us the mail they had been neglecting to forward us due to payment, once payment was received. Fast forward to today, and they still have not updated the billing, and our mail is still not being forwarded. After all that time and effort, nothing was resolved. This is unacceptable and completely disorganized. Get it together. This situation is insane. The only thing that is consistent with this store is that they are consistently incompetent.
