With just a couple of hours of wiggle room I tried to place an order with this FedEx online and was seeing that pickup wouldn't be available until the next morning. I gave them a call and asked if they could potentially have my order done in the time frame needed. They were a little nervous about the turnaround but much to my happiness, they were able to pull it off! The team here was on top of the order and so helpful over the phone and saved the day. I was looking at $$$ to get it towed to a shop just to get the problem checked, but then I found out that Equality Auto was a mobile mechanic van that came to you. For only slightly more $ for a diagnostic test than the lowest quote I got from auto shops in Everett, they came to me and saved me the towing cost, which made it a great value in the end (not to mention the time I saved by not having to leave the house or figure out care for my toddler). Trisha was able to fit me in to her schedule even earlier than she thought she'd be able to, and after determining the problem with the fuel injectors, she was able to order the parts and replace them in a timely manner.
