    On November 1st I went to the Auto Spa Central Washington Wash off Main St in Ellensburg WA and had a nightmare experience as I left with a white chalky residue all over my car as well as lost a significant amount of paint from the automatic touch car wash. To preface this; I have never written a review for any company before, let alone a bad review. I have scuff marks from the equipment rubbing on the front of my hood, chips of paint missing EVERYWHERE, all over the vehicle, and what looks and feels to be like part of the blue equipment from their car wash stuck in the back passenger wheel well. To make matters worse; I had not even owned this car for 24 hours and am 100% certain that the damage was not there beforehand and have pictures of before even the seller/detailer got its hands on the vehicle. I did reach out and contact the business, and they have been extremely unhelpful and have been intentionally avoiding any contact with me to discuss the situation further. I went back to the car wash immediately after I got home and saw the damage, I returned within 25 minutes of going through the wash and was told there was no manager on duty; I later talked to a manager that night via phone who pretty much denied that their equipment is capable of causing such damage and blamed the dealer I bought the car from - which I can prove is not true. Since then, I have left voice messages on 11/2 and 11/6 with no response and will most likely be contacting an attorney to take the company to small claims court for the cost of recommended repairs. What baffles me the most is the lack of understanding that this damage was obviously caused by their equipment, brushes, soap or even by residue left behind from another vehicle. I have taken the car to be looked at by a handful of professionals and received a estimate and guesses as to how the paint was damaged; I have also found other reviews of an individual complaining about a white residue from their soap being left on their vehicle/damaging their windows which looks similar to mine when its smeared; additionally there is a small bit of their equipment stuck on my vehicle which had been refused to be addressed by their team. Personally even with having good experiences with them in the past I would not risk this happening to my vehicle a second or third time nor would I recommend this place to anyone as it is their job to ensure their car wash is safe for all customers to use and they have failed to do so. Saying this is extremely inconvenient for me as auto spa is the only car wash in Ellensburg WA but this experience will prevent me from ever using this businesses services again. All the white specks in the photos are missing paint, mainly from the top and front of the car and some on the side where the brushes brushed up on the vehicle.

    Won't go anywhere else. Everybody at AutoSpa is kind, courteous, and my car looks great after each wash.

    Great car wash! The attendants are very courteous and helpful. Often a short line but it moves very quickly.

So i waited monday morning to call and he didn't answer. I have been trying to call the store to get hold of the manager Anthony at two different locations for 2 days so that I can discuss this with him and left messages. I have been going back and forth calling the stores wenatchee and east wentachee. Everytime I call the employees would say he just left. Today I spoke with Dale at east wenatchee which I drove in person. First he told me to call and I said it didn't work. So Dale tried and it didn't work either then He told me he was at wenatchee location and I should drive there to catch him. so I drove there and I got there and employees said he was in the car. Anthon drove off and gave a hand wave shoo shoo( go away ) to the employee or me. That was extremely unprofessional. He can't even talk to me in person or on the phone. He can't even hear my story just keeps ignoring a customer. Why is he a manager? Employee saw what he did when driving off and didn't stop for the employee either. I am just blown away with the poor service from Jetpro's manager. The employees really tried their best to help but manager seems very shady. I really hope the owners see this, because we as customers shouldn't be having to hunt down the manager just to speak to him..

The truck behind me hit my car causing paint damage. Accidents happen and that's a given, it's about the solution to the problem which in this case was not great. Directly after the accident I was told that Jet Pro "will take care of me" as they have been having issues with the new belt malfunctioning. I filled out paperwork related to the incident. After a few days I reached out to Jet Pro to be told that they have been busy as they had a lot of claims with other cars being hit and that they will get back to me as soon as they can. Few more days went by and I called again and at that time I spoke with the manager and was told that Jet Pro "will not be taking care of me" and blamed the incident on me. Stating that I hit the brakes while in the wash. I have gone through this car wash dozens of times over the past few years with no incident. Why would I hit the breaks this time? And at what point did I hit the breaks, when I realized that I wasn't moving and was told to pull forward out of the wash. Attendants did not react to the situation fast enough to stop the car behind me from ramming me. A little more space between cars could have been given knowing that the new belt was malfunctioning. Also please don't lie to your customers that you will take care of them and no follow through. I missed my opportunity to collect the other drivers' information who hit me from behind due to the fact you told me that you will take care of me and had the other driver leave. As much as I appreciate the hard-working attendants at this car wash, I will not be going back to any of the Jet Pro car wash stations. I'm still waiting for my membership to be cancelled. I think we are two months in. Please refund me for those months as the funds will be going towards the car repair.
