I purchased a vehicle with this dealership over 6 years ago. I still remember them as the worst experience I've ever had. Ana called me the next day to tell me I needed to put a bigger down payment AFTER the contract was already signed and agreed upon with my initial deposit. She threatened over the phone that the vehicle would be repossessed if I didn't, and I showed up in person with witnesses and suddenly ana had changed her opinion and claimed she never said such a thing. Suffered the worst customer service with her and the rest of their staff for a few years after that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY'RE SCAMMERS. UPDATE/EDIT: My experience happening over years ago does not make it any less valid. Actually, the fact that I remember it so clearly years later speaks to the lasting impression it left. Ana's response states that lenders may require additional funds after financing is reviewed. If that was the case, it should have been communicated to me clearly and professionally. My issue was never simply being asked for a larger down payment; it was being told over the phone that the vehicle would be repossessed if I did not provide it. Explaining a lender requirement is one thing. Using the threat of repossession as a scare tactic to intimidate a customer into complying is another. I knew a vehicle could not simply be repossessed in the manner being threatened, which is why I addressed the situation in person with witnesses. Once I did, the statement made to me over the phone was denied. Told me the car was in "good" condition and it was ready to drive off the lot and had to take it back for them within 5 days of having it to fix two things that'd take a day and a half to fix like they said and it's been a longer then that , and they can't even get ahold of their mechanic....do not come here and waste your time and money . We bought a care for my son back in October. The salesperson was nice, and the deal was good enough. We waited until January for the license plate. We called the dealer for the plates. They forgot the plate was shipped to them and did not call us. When I called they said to come pick them up. When my son went to pick the plates up. He only received one. The DMV person said we would need to go to the DMV and request a re-print and we would have to pay for them. I have never had this happen at a dealership before. This is unprofessional. read more

My brother bought a car from here and within a week that he got it it broke down... he took it bad back to the dealer wanting to talk to the person that sold him the car and apparently "he didn't work there anymore ". Also the car had bald tires and they only wanted to pay for two, my brother had to pay for the other two tires... the car ended up needing to by taking to a mechanic and after 2 week at the mechanic he got it back... but they also wanted to pay for only half of it.... If i could give zero stars i would, this place is absolutely horrible i do not recommend what so ever, me and my boyfriend and his dad came here to look at cars and check out the place, we decided to go somewhere else to look for cars and this lady insisted on getting a car there, we ended up getting a black honda accord, we were able to get the car because of my boyfriends dad because at the time me or my boyfriend didn't have credit or made enough money, turns out the car had problems and a week into having the car we went back to sign more paper work and we mentioned to them that the car already had problems so they took us to a place to get the car checked out and turns out it was the flex plate that was the issue, they made it seem like they were going to get it fixed, later on they came up with excuses and really didn't want to get the car fixed so they were offering other cars but we weren't interested in the other cars we already fell inlove with the car we got, so we decided to return it since we didn't finish the other paper work we never reached the first payment or anything, so Ana was saying we "couldn't" return it and the more we were pushy about it she said okay you can return it but your not getting your down payment back and we fought our way to get it the down payment back and she wasn't budging, then she finally on agreed to give it back but she wanted to take out 50 bucks each mile and at that point we just wanted to return the car so we agreed to it, moral of the story Ana was very unprofessional and rude same with the other guy that worked at the desk. We understand and know the place we went to and we know it's they sell used cars but clearly they don't know what there really selling, we also got the car fax from another place because they never gave us it and turns out that car had a crash on it. Ana also uses the cars that are on sell as her personal cars to drive around places to add more miles to it. read more

My brother bought a vehicle from this dealership back in December. Not even 6 months into the vehicle and already the whole engine needs to be replaced. Of coarse after calling the dealership and pleading with them for a resolution, they didn't offer any suggestions and the sales rep told me, "At the end of the day, this is a business and we can't guarantee once the car drives out the lot, there won't be any problems with the car"! Then was told to maybe call back and speak to the owner, a woman, and see what she can do. After several texts back and forth, she basically said she couldn't do anything about it. I can honestly say when you come here buyer beware.first off if the offer you the buyers remote opt take it because most likely they'll be selling you a messed up car.on our third day the car we got overheated.sp that was not a good sign.we wanted to take the car back .but we couldn't since we didn't opt for the buyers remorse contract.since we thought we wouldn't need it since they guaranteed us that the car was in perfect condition. So we where stuck with the car.and so we contacted COVID and of course we got missed a few payments.but we tryed to negotiate.no help .fine .so know we are being ordered by cour to pay the exact amount we got the car in the first place. We didn't get credit for our deposit and the payments we made.and minus what the car was sold for. Horrible , Anna the "one in charge" blames her accounting mistakes on her other co workers. Keep your receipts and records, Anna literally entered what we paid from our receipts saying there was no records. We took my daughters car to a certified mechanic and the car was deemed unsafe to drive. My daughter gets covid shes 2 weeks late on her payment and they show up to get her car. My daughter is out of the hospital we go to Anna to pay whatever money my daughter is behind Anna says she will have to take the car to get checked and she will get back to us. She never does we made numerous calls. ANNA THINKS she will keep the 5500 my daughter paid WE FOUND OUT BY Consumer legal that she has had previous complaints of fraudulent business practices. WE will let you know how it turns out in court. I will keep you posted with the outcome. We had our Atty confirm the business practices and complaints so we have ample evidence and we will prevail and report to BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. read more

They make changes to your contract stating the bank is requesting it well where is the proof that the bank wants all this info. first complaint is the manager who belittles you and rude. the salesperson says one thing and the manager doesn't comply with anything. they sold me a car that the key controller doesn't work nd states it's not there problem but yet they want to install a GPS.
