Took a chance with repairs on my Dad's car after reading the reviews. Was skeptical that so many would write nice things about an auto collision service in South Philly. But they truly are as good as their rep !! Great customer service by Lynne. I spoke with her a few times and never an attitude. The work was done quickly and they even cleaned the headlights on the car without even being asked- Wow ! I also had them fix something not on the claim and the price was reasonable. I hope I don't see them again soon, but if I do I know that the job will be done right. read more

If you're taking the time to check out collision centers on yelp, you're probably not in the best mood, you're probably stressed out, and you may be confused or suspicious about where to take your car. So trust me, I too wouldn't take the time to write a review about an auto collision shop if I hadn't had amazing experiences here. Three of them. Granted, all 3 visits were from no-fault accidents so I can't speak to your experience should you arrive here after driving through your garage door by mistake. But nonetheless, if I could give Lynne and Auto Show 10 stars, I would. The service is excellent, personable, charming, down to earth, and honest. If the circumstance allows, they're likely to take most all of the process off your hands. They'll sometimes deal with the insurance company, you deal with them, and not have to worry about much at all...just when to come back and pick up your car. My insurance adjuster sent me to this shop a few months ago after I rear ended someone when a freak hail storm came in my sun roof while driving on 76. They basically replaced my whole front end. When one of the headlight covers blew off on 95 a little bit after I picked it up, the work was guaranteed by Allstate. They remembered me when I came back in, which I always appreciate, and took care of getting the defective part replaced with no hassle. They also sent me to the mechanic next door to get my vehicle inspected while the part was coming in. With any luck, I will not need Auto Show's services anytime soon, but I would send someone else there in a minute. read more

Insurance company mentioned that this place could give me an estimate of damage after someone backed into me while I was parked. While there, the place told me that they could do the repairs for less than or equal to the estimate they provided and that the insurance company would cover everything. They did the repairs well, quickly, and under budget all while providing good customer support and working with me to hold my car until I could pick it up (helping out with the rental car arrangement that the person's insurance who hit me provided). Auto Show did a great job fixing my driver's side mirror after it was vandalized. They even saved me my deductible by reusing my existing mirror cover, which thankfully was left behind by whoever busted it. They were recommended by my insurance company (Erie) and Lynne was especially great to work with. The only complaint I have is their young front desk girl does not have good customer service skills, and was not very helpful on the phone. Once I got Lynne on the line though, I was kept informed of the progress and felt good about the whole process. I would use them again if needed and would recommend to others. read more

Found the folks here a slight bit arrogant! The lady that does the estimates said right from the get go yeah we normally find hidden damage once we get in there #Im sure they do!!! And of course they did! She said price would likely go up and there price was not cheap. Took a corporate owned vehicle there...Almost 8K in damage... car not worth it 4 other places were 50% less then them. Will say it got repaired fairly fast but of course I would have pushed other shop work to the side for easy guaranteed "corporate" money... when I went to get car they just hand u the keys no walk around with you to take a look at 8K in damage repair. The actual work was good. Silly thing agates all that they asked hey was the airbag light on when u brought it here...of course...it was in a frontal crash:) Anyway how do u try to give a car back with bird S*** all over it because they parked it under phone wires in front of building... and say oh we will wash it the birds don't like us. Here is an idea don't park cars there....:) if I didn't say anything.... anyway u can get a much better price somewhere else!!! Had to go here because of contract obligation would never take personal vehicle!!! Be warned!!!! read more

Just returned from another great experience with Auto Show. I destroyed my own bumper, and they were able to get it back into shape (no new bumper!!!!!!) at a reasonable cost; 30 minutes tops. They are very friendly and try to get things done for you as fast and inexpensive as possible.
