So my daughter bought a 19 Nissan central over a month ago. Paid 7k cash. Asked specifically if the car had any transmission issues. Dealer said no. 2 hours after buying the car, On the way home car goes into limp mode. Gets it home. I take it to a mechanic they said yes the transmission need to get it replaced. They only place that will replace it is the dealership in town. I took it there. Autonet says yes it has an aftermarket warranty and it will cover the repair. Call the warranty place and is told the warranty is denied for a new transmission. Call autonet. They tell them the same thing. And now the dealership that the vehicle is at wants 250 for the diagnostic. That I shouldn't have to pay. Then the owner says we will take the car back for a 20% restock fee. So originally I left a five star review because the service and staff was super easy and friendly. I understand old cars have problems, but what they did here was a little scummy. They originally had told us that the AC was not working because we needed to replace the blower motor, but that turned out to not be the case. When we brought it home after a couple days we realized that it wasn't the blower motor, but that they had removed a perfectly intact fuse from the fuse box to turn the dash electronics off so it wouldn't show the now visible "service engine" light. The worst part is that the blower motor is totally fine, and works, but that the real problem is a pretty bad coolant leak that was hiding behind the facade of the AC not working. Had we not noticed the fuse was missing, we probably would now be dealing with a blown engine and a big ass mechanic bill. As friendly and cool as the staff was to us, that's pretty damn scummy. Nice price, nice staff, but not cool what they pulled on us to get the car out the door. read more

I'm one pissed customer on January 31 2025. I purchased a 2013 BMW 528i car from Autonet dealership. With 112,870 miles on the car. No check engine light on.The car drove real good, no engine vibrations. Small physical damage to the car itself. At that time, I thought I had made a perfectly good purchase. Little did I know after having to car for 3 days? That I would have a check engine light come on. So on Monday, February 03, I immediately contacted the dealer who sold me the car. Unfortunately, he wasn't in due to family issues as they say. I eventually talked to him and felt like I was getting the runner around cause he kept telling me his mechanic. Has to schedule me in so I can bring the car to them. Mind you, I called the car dealer on Monday, February 03, and never got a call back unless I made the calls again, which is what I did several times. After that, they kept dodging my calls, telling me that the dealer wasn't there. I even had my daughter do a three-way call. So I could finally get ahold of someone and ask for the dealer. So I asked for the name of the owner of the place? So I could call him and they wouldn't even tell me his last name.So I took the initiative and went to an authorized BMW repair shop to see what was going on with the car. I found out that the error codes had been deleted and that repairing the car was higher than the cost of the car. So, I immediately contacted the dealer to let him know my findings from the BMW repair shop. He, in turn, wanted me to send him documentations which I did. Now I'm waiting to see if they're going to do right by me and get this fixed. Well, it's February, the 10th, and I still haven't gotten a response back. I want to warn people not to shop at Autonet. You will get screwed over like I did. I came to them in good fath. And I was not trying to screw them over like they did to me. I also was trying to bring new business their way, and this is the things I get for doing business with this company. Don't let that happen to you!!! On May 12th, I purchased a Jeep Liberty from Autonet but I had talked to Joe or Joey on the phone about another SUV he said it had sold but he had one that was much better for around the same price, sent me pics and he was told It would be paid for by cashier's check in full. I went there after a Dr's appointment.... I have told him about a serious medical condition I have. while I was looking at the car which looked great except for a few minor issues like a ripped seat and other small things, Joe or Joey pulled out the dipstick and said, "looks Good". I said to him it's not going to break down in 3 or 4 days or a week or two, He said No.... you'll have no issues with this car. after 2 days things started to happen and was at a repair shop. in 2 weeks the car's engine locked up. 4 different mechanics said that the engine had locked up because the oil was like sludge and looked like it had never been changed and that there is no way that Thay didn't know that the car was going to crash. I contacted them and was basically told tough S###!! As is. I know what as is means but lemon laws say if a dealership knows the car has major issues, they have to disclose them. which they did not and as 4 mechanics said they will testify that they had to know. I will not give up and loose $7,737.00 which is what I paid for in full. Dishonest, more so than any other dealership I haver delt with which is sad if someone will knowingly basically steal from someone. I've asked to have someone call me but that has not happened as of yet and I'm sure that it never will. He has ben. I went in one week ago (on 6/26/2019) to look at the 2002 LX 470 on their website. Roger, my sales guy, gave me the keys and told me to take it out and then bring it back when I was done. I drove the car but decided it was bigger than what I needed so when I brought the vehicle back, Roger asked what I thought. I told him the vehicle wasn't for me but that I noticed a white 2003 4Runner in the warehouse and wondered what the story was on that vehicle. He told me the mileage and the price, and I asked if I could take it out. He said yes. I took it out and was floored that it was such a smooth and strong vehicle. I drove that thing up and down Regal Row and then went off into the industrial areas around Regal Row. The vehicle performed excellently and as soon as I made it back to the dealership, I told Roger I wanted that one. Since I had someone drop me off at the dealership, Roger drove me to the bank so I could get a cashier's check and the deal was finished within 30 minutes. That car has been fantastic and I have had no issues with it at all. The vehicle runs and drives strong, and other than changing a few exterior bulbs and replacing the air filter and the cabin filter, I've done nothing to that vehicle. It has been so much fun to drive and I've fallen in love with it. I have driven that thing every day I've had it and everything works wonderfully on that car. I'm so thankful I found AutoNet and Roger was very easy going and easy to work with. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle as they made everything from test driving to paperwork as easy as possible. I have sent an e-mail and left several messages. After a week I finally was able to speak with someone who told me, "if you car that much, you need to go to the Mazda dealership." I explained, in the presentation for the car, it stated keyless entry. I got a keyless entry. Apparently, that means you get no key for entry. BUYER BEWARE!!!!The sales staff at Autonet are total crooks, dishonest, uncaring and are probably here illegally! My son just returned from Basic Military Training and Advanced Training. For months he trained to become a Soldier and buy himself a car. He found a car he liked at Autonet. We went and bought it on Monday evening with a two year "Cars Warranty". We returned Tuesday morning when they opened at 9am because the check engine light came on during the trip home, and the transmission skipped gears badly. Also told them the fluid levels needed to be filled, after more than an hour of waiting their mechanic told the staff (everything was fixed) would not speak to us because he doesn't speak English. On the way home the check engine light came on again, the transmission started slipping again. We took the car to Kia off Arlington and paid $125.00 for an estimate to find out what was going on. Imagine our surprise that the vehicle had numerous problems, was flooded, the ECM, TCM and wiring was rusting, etc. and the cost would be about $6,000 to replace the wiring and transmission. AUTONETS non-English speaking mechanic only reset the system electronically so that the car would drive the about 20 miles before the onboard only to have the problems start all over again. Needless to say, we have called George who lied and said he was only a sales guy and could not do anything (he's the Sales Manager and part owner). We spoke to Roger who said George forwards his phone to him, and lastly I spoke to Joey who said they are aware and to be patient...........a week now and we have no resolution. And the owner Sean Nia will not return calls to me or his employees (so they say), terrible shitty boss for sure. I have pictures of the water damage, the receipt and error codes from Kia in Arlington as proof. I am telling all my Soldiers and their families in Texas to STAY AWAY from this place. I asked for them to send me pics of the front end of the 05 G35 because the pics online didn't do a full 360 and I wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything that would deter me from buying the car and wasting my time coming up here. I don't do a ton of reviews, but I want to share the experience I had here. I am going with 4 stars for the moment. I am scheduled to bring the car back for follow-up detailing at Autonet's facility, post purchase. I will circle back with a review after that detailing is done to update as needed. Overall, the car buying experience was easy, no pressure, the carfax was printed and presented. I went on two test drives that day (after looking at another car nearby in between test drives). I was able to take the car out as long as wanted, where I wanted and drive it how I wanted. I didn't haggle much (wasn't really in the mood to hammer), but got a little break on the list price, all the paper work was laid out clearly, I could take as much time as I wanted to read and ask questions. On-site finance process was easy too. Overall, again, good experience. Of note, we (my wife and I) went Saturday, 4/2 in the afternoon, the place was busy, lot of activity, so to me it is a solid dealer, worth a visit if you are in the market (again pending my satisfaction with the coming detailing as well). Also, I did not put any cash deposits down, so I can't speak to those reviews I saw on here, but it was all above the board for me and my wife. read more
