I can in and for a recall repair and they messed up my jeep really bad I had to come back multiple times and never had a good experience

I took my GR86 here for a front bumper replacement and it came back looking brand new. The store even paid for my uber to my second car. They did great work on my vehicle and I'm super happy with how it looks now. read more

worst repair experience ever. after 2.5 months they still have the damn car. Lying about parts not arriving , wrong parts sent, and so on, just horrible. Never, ever, ever again. read more

Got repairs here after getting a BRAND NEW CAR from an AutoNation dealership.... Worst shop. Never answer the phone, returned my car the night of with loose screws that were not even hand tight, then leave it with them another week just to get it back a SECOND time still not fixed. Billed 6000$ to my insurance and the vehicle still has a scraped headlight case that was not replaced and a bumper that pops out continually. Completely a joke of a collision center. read more

My insurance recommended this place after I got side swiped at the gas station that left a decent size gash on my driver door.... Did not disappoint!! Took longer than I hoped but was so worth it! I made an appointment and I worked with Ryan Conway he is amazing! The Customer service he provided was first class! My Ram 2500 had a little damage on the tailgate He went in the back and got some polish and buffed it out and made my tailgate look brand new. I definitely will be back just because of Ryan Conway. Thanks you so much read more

Last year I was involved in an auto accident and I had my car repaired by the same people that I bought it from. Keep in mind they got paid and everything as soon as I get home, I noticed that there's a dent in my supposedly brand new trunk I was totally disregarded And no one has reached out to me after sending emails after email. It's so crazy how these billion dollar companies just take money from us customers without performing their jobs adequately. They have no sense of pride or dignity and no respect for their customers they don't have your back and they're not gonna fix your vehicle to your standards and even if you point something out to them that's not done correctly, you'll be ignored because they don't want to redo the work for free. read more

Worst experience. Brought my car in February. Finally had it returned in JULY. They replaced a wheel bearing. I just had to take it in to have the EXACT same part replaced. Brought it back into the new management. He pretended there was nothing wrong, reported they did not have certified mechanics, and that he would "call back" by the end of the day. Obviously that never happened. Robbed me of MONTHS, money, and gave me a faulty part. Awful. read more

These guys take the care for awful collision centers. I was sent here by my insurance company and the day i was supposed to drop my car off they didn't even have parts for my car or a rental car set up. fast forward 5 months and I feel I did more for my claim then they did! I had to call weekly for updates and no one knew wether my hood was the part they were waiting for or my roof. No one communicates in the office and they all don't know what they are doing! awful awful place and the most frustrating experience. The manager didn't even have the curtesy to call me back after me trying to complain about poor business practice. Dont take your car here! read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before I brought my vehicle here. I came via the suggestion from my USAA insurance adjuster... My biggest issue is lack of communication, 1-10 it's a zero! When a body shop has your vehicle it's imperative that they keep you informed especially when the time frame has far exceeded the original quote for repair. I want to give Auto Nation collision the benefit of the doubt and hope that they are just under staffed and over worked but none the less, the lack of communication is appalling, and only makes the consumer feel frustrated and devalued. I still have yet to retrieve my vehicle, that had a 6 day quote and was dropped off on July 19th, all I can hope at this point is that the vehicle repairs are complete and satisfactory. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle for insurance related repairs! Do yourself a favor and research other shops. read more

I had a little accident, hitting a curb in the snow last week. I took it over to the collision repair shop and was treated so well. Everything was explained. I received a call today saying my vehicle was ready, faster that I expected. I am very happy with the estimator Diego and everyone that worked on my vehicle, it came back all clean too. Thanks Autonation. read more

I just had some more work done on my vehicle so I thought it would be a good time to write an updated review. It seems that AutoNation has heard the complaints about the lack of communication from the staff because throughout the entire process of the repair, I would receive emails almost every other day from the representative who was helping me, Matthew Johnson. Matthew did a great job of keeping me in the loop, and they finished my repair within the time frame they had promised. The only issue I experienced is when I returned home with my vehicle, there was a film on the door where the repair had taken place. I brought it back and they buffed it out right away and within 15 minutes I was back on the road again. It was a little inconvenient having to go back, but they took care of it which is all you can ask for. I am pleased with the service I received this go-around, and I will continue to use their services in the future (Hopefully I won't have to!) read more

Horrible customer service. Care about you unless you are driving a BMW, Mercedes, Lamborghini etc.

My car has been here for 2 weeks and it's still not fixed ! Nothing happend. We (me, my insurance agent and insurance adjuster) Left several messages never call us back. I went there to talk, they lie a lot. Don't trust these people. Never ever go there. Finally I tow my car to diffrent body shop. Terrible customer service. read more

My truck was involved in a minor accident on Sept. 9. We limped it into this collision repair center, and the representative there assured us it would be put behind their fence (block and barb wire) to protect it AND assured us that we would have an estimate in "a couple of days." On Monday, Sept. 15, after hearing nothing from this company, we stopped by the shop in the afternoon. The truck was still sitting right where we left it. No one had even looked at it, nor had anyone called us. We were given multiple excuses about why they didn't have an estimate (estimator is on vacation, we're shorthanded, we didn't know what insurance company you were using, etc.). I understand that delays can occur, but there is this CRAZY invention called a telephone. It would have been great if they had picked it up and called us to ask those questions or to tell us the estimate would be delayed. When we asked when they might get to an actual estimate, they said it could be "a few more days," and when asked what the time frame for a repair might be, they said, "well, we're pretty backed up." Good grief! are these folks that we talked to representative of the entire company? If so, I am amazed they are still in business. If not, it seems to me that a little employee housecleaning is in order. read more

The GM at this location does not compromise on quality and makes sure you are always taken care of even if he has to do it himself. I came in for a rework of some hail damage they fixed a while back which caused my trunk to leak. Very responsive, super professional, I'd give 5 stars if more of the staff was willing to investigate the same way the GM did instead of trying to deflect the work. read more

These guys are AWESOME! Someone backed into my car at the mall and didn't leave a note. Side swiped my bumper on my brand new car. I thought I was looking at an expensive repair. I went to another body shop and they were rude and couldn't "fit me in" for weeks. Furthermore, they estimated my damage to be around $600. AND they would need my car for 3 days. So I decided to contact Go. The collision expert met me at the dealership where I bought my car. He could not have been nicer. He looked at the damage and thought there was a possibility they could "buff" it out for around $100. And he even told me if it wasn't to my satisfaction, they wouldn't charge me for the buff and they'd do a full repair. So I went to the collision center the next day and they were friendly and quick. I was greeted by the service adviser who had my estimate already and he walked me through the process. I dropped my car off at 11am. At 2:30, I got a call saying my car was done. I was floored. No way! From one place telling me it would take weeks to fit me in to this place getting my car done in hours?!? Awesome!!! When I went to get my car, the work was AMAZING! My car had been restored to its original grandeur and I still had factory paint. And it was all a fraction of the cost the competitor estimated. I HIGHLY recommend Go Collision Center! read more

Autonation started at $4,400 quote for repairs to a vehicle, then taking a "closer look" at the truck (because the initial estimate apparently was just a glance and missed obvious items such as a clear "blind spot sensor" logo and wording on the tail light obvious in picture and in person) and adjusting that number to $6,600, then finally taking the truck apart (months later) and saying that now jumps to $8,500. It very clear that autonation provided an initial pricing/estimate competitively to gain a customer, then increased the cost by literally a factor of 2. This pricing approach may work with insurance companies, but when you are working with personal out of pocket costs, that is not good business. 2 separate price increases, 100% total increase in price, along with completion/parts delivery date bouncing around and taking months to complete work. The other truck involved in the incident was repaired and complete months earlier with a total cost increase of 15-20 percent overall. That was a new truck as well, with very similar (if not almost identical) damage. Upon questioning Dusty, the "manager", about this price doubling, he of his own admission stated that the initial estimate from Kevin should have NEVER been sent to me and was incredibly inadequate or the word he used "superficial". In lieu of his getting defensive about my accusation of low balling an estimate and doubling the final price, I asked him if I then (the customer) have to shoulder the responsibility of their employee's incompetency or simple mistake to which he stated "Yes". Basically his opinion was "we screwed up big, should have never sent that price or quote, but you get to pay us our final number". No understanding or taking of any responsibility for things as simple as a blind spot sensor logo that the initial estimator didn't see stamped in a 1-2" square clearly on the tail light (extra ~1k of cost). I received 2 other quotes for the repairs on this truck. Autonation's low-ball quote got them a customer. But their lack of professionalism or simply taking responsibility for overlooking obvious damage and lowballing their initial quote, lost them that customer, for any future body work or even purchase. If this crookedness is what drives the profits of such a company, I will not be using them or recommending them to friends, family, coworkers, or whoever may be reading this wondering why their quote on autobody repair seems so much cheaper than others. My recommendation, if you need body work done, go elsewhere (unless youre using insurance that Autonation can play games with). Sincerely, One burned customer. read more

Leah and the team at autonation did an excellent job. I am a USAA member and this helped expedite the process because they have direct authority for approval. I received a call every step along the way to report on the progress. This made such a huge difference and I am thankful for this place! Leah's professionalism and her thoroughness made this process as stress-free as possible for me. I was a complete mess when I found out a loved one had wrecked my brand new 2016 HR-V. Leah calling to update me and calmly answering all of my (many) questions made all the difference in the world. Even after I took my car, I am pleased to report the service continued to be great as I encountered a couple of minor things that needed re-tweaking- even over the course of weeks after the fact. LOVE THIS PLACE AND I GET MY BABY BACK! read more

While my car did take longer than expected, Reno helped me out so much during the entire process. He was very responsive and updated me the entire time. I'm extremely happy with the repair. After an absolutely horrible, insanely drawn-out experience with AutoNation Collision Center, they had the audacity to send an auto-prompt to post about my experience with them. Actually that's probably indicative of one of the biggest problems with them--utter laziness in their communication with customers. But obviously if that was the only problem, I wouldn't be breaking my usual no-review policy to write this. A bit of background first...my girlfriend was driving our 2016 Jeep Renegade (which was also bought at AutoNation--though that part of their business was perfectly fine) and was forced into a median by a swerving car. She sustained minor temporary injuries from the airbags. Most of the damage was concentrated on the driver's side--the wheel, door, and undercarriage. No engine damage. We choose AutoNation Collision Center because there were waiting lists at the places our insurance company recommended, and because we'd had a pleasant experience buying the car from AutoNation on South Broadway, and they assured us they could get to it quickly. That was 10/30/16. On 1/13/16--after nearly three months of lagging communication, multiple supplementary costs after initial estimate, contradictory excuses, lack of explanation of the process, blame on Jeep, and general foot-dragging--I got a call from my insurance's total loss department out of the blue saying that it had reached the point of no return. AN Collision Center had taken so long and had added enough supplemental repairs as they slowly proceeded that after three months it was a total loss. Of course this kind of thing happens. You dig in further and eventually find out there's more damage than you first thought. And it did seem like most of the auto repair places were busy at the time. But even if that's legitimate, the path to get there was overly convoluted and difficult things to AutoNation. My insurance company (unnamed for now because I have no issue with them), ended up paying the loan company and AutoNation far more than the value of the vehicle. Several days would typically pass between our status inquiries (usually a combination of email and multiple phone calls) before we got ahold of our representative. Whenever we called the main number, the desk representative would often express shock that our contact wasn't returning our calls (I'll refrain from posting the parties' specific names). But nothing changed. We had to ask multiple questions in order for them to explain the process or potentially timeline. Getting details on reasons for delays was like pulling teeth. Each new supplemental cost increase came out of the blue, without warning. And eventually this caused us to waste three months without our car and then come out with nothing but anger at them and a sudden desire to post a negative review. I actually work in a field tangentially related to digital marketing and customer service, so I realize both how little impact a long, rant-y review like this will actually do. But they literally asked me for it, so here it is. Whatever marginally tiny amount of business this review ends up costing them...good. They suck. That's the TL;DR version I probably should have posted to begin with-- "Stay away. They suck. Choose a local place instead even if there's a waiting list." (Since their auto-prompt asked me to post on Yelp and Google, obviously I'll be copying and pasting this on there, too, dummies. Get your s--- together. read more

Let me tell you a story of miscommunication and follow through. My daughter is attending college in Denver, and was involved in an accident (not her fault & she is ok). I work for Honda and went to Honda's website to find a certified repair facility. I chose this location because I figured they would be able to make it a simple process. Well after 2 months of the insurance taken responsibly for it being their clients fault we were able to get it in the Auto Nation. It started well, until Michael got involved with the process. So the prior year her car was in a hail storm in Denver leaving it with extensive damage to all of the horizontal surfaces. The insurance claim paid to replace the front bumper, right headlamp housing and repair the damage on the right fender. I figured "Hey" give me an estimate to replace the hood, left fender and left headlamp housing to make it look nice and get rid of all the dents from the hail. After several attempts to contact Micheal he sent me an estimate for the repairs. I had asked for a discount on the parts since I also work for Honda, he said no its against company policy. I then asked if I could send him the parts from my Dealership since it would save me almost $400, and he said no its against company policy. So I bit the bullet and paid them to repair the damaged caused by the accident to the right side, and I paid to have the left side fender, headlamp housing and the hood replaced. Soooo I go to visit my daughter and I look at the car, this body shop replaced the Honda parts I requested, and they used aftermarket part on the right side that was in the accident. I was not offered the option to pay extra for Honda parts. The topper is since they only "repaired" not replaced the right fender the left 1 dent on the top right fender caused by the hail. WTH why wouldn't you ask me if I wanted that dent fixed while you had the car apart, paint mixed and time to complete it?? I paid $1700 to repair the hail damage on the left side and you couldn't fix and extra dent or charge me extra for putting original Honda parts on the car??? The worst communication and customer satisfaction I have ever had in the auto business. read more

Bought a Jeep with minor hail damage on hood, dealership/their insurance paying for repair so had to bring it here. It has been 2 1/2 weeks with no communication from them unless I have called. Very unhappy with the quality of paint work and parts used to repair my wife's car. The paint is covered with swirls from buffing. A new mirror was put on which vibrated so much you couldn't use it. Took our Sequoia to Dealership on Arapahoe to get windshield wipers. While there the drivers side was side swiped. The offered to fix for free and give us rental. We said can you fix some damage on passenger side too? Sure $1000.00 and 2 weeks. Two weeks later, they call and say car hasn't even been started on parts not ordered. Who knows when it will be done??? They won't give us a date. Seriously?? Asked to talk to manager - at lunch "great, I said, "have him call me by 5 today" At 4:30 pm I call and he has left for day (nice job if you can get it). They are holding our car hostage and we can do nothing about it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN! read more

They're just not as good as they used to be. I used to always bring my cars here over the years for any auto body repair needs, but this last time wasn't a good experience. It took far longer than initially indicated to actually get the car in, and once it was in, it took three weeks to complete, instead of the week initially promised. This wouldn't have necessarily been a problem if I ever received any updates. I never received any calls to let me know what was happening, and my calls and messages were never returned. When I did finally receive the car, the new paint didn't match well at all and had to be redone. read more

Made an appointment appointment to get an inspection and oil change. Also my power steering is messed up. Well I scheduled my appointment at 8:30am and it's now 10:30am and they barely took my car in. I barely bought this car in October with 7000 miles . I did already put 7000 miles on this car and the total is 14000 miles on it. I feel I shouldn't have issues with this car yet, but it feels like there are issues that are coming up. I feel as if they didn't so a good inspection before actually selling their car. I bought cars from other dealership and had better experiences there. I don't understand why cars that came in after me went ahead of me and my car was just staying there even though I scheduled an appointment. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had such an awful experience with Sarah and Diego there. My car was at their shop for months (still don't know why) and they are terrible at communicating. I thought this would be a good place to send my car since it is linked with Auto Nation but now I'm wishing I had done my research. I don't even want to waste my time with a long review, but if you don't want your car for months and want to wait almost a year for them to reimburse you for lyfts/rental cars then send your car here! Do your research before thinking about wasting your time with this place! read more

I appreciated the repair updates and the work overall seems of good quality, though I did have to return once to have an incorrectly installed part fixed. My main beef was expectation setting about the timeline of the work. Going through insurance added double the timeline originally discussed and this lead to a lot of hassle I might have avoided had they been more up front. read more

This is the first car I've personally owned and appreciate the plethora of questions I had which were answered without any sort of annoyance, I also had damage that occurred outside the claim which they were more than willing to fix. My car was in their shop for nearly four weeks for minor roof painting and minor body work. They missed some spots they said they would take care of. Of course, the top looks really good, and the front bumper that they replaced looks really good. But they destroyed my headliner when they replaced the broken antenna. Rather than removing the headliner like they said they would do, they bent it and left ugly creases in what was once a perfect headliner. Naturally, we didn't notice until the day after we brought it home, when all the paperwork had been signed and all was said and done. So now we have to do the repairs on this ourselves, and who knows how much that will cost. They overcharged us. They gave us an estimate of $2400, parts and labor, then upped it to $2700 after we agreed to leave our car there. By the time they were done, the labor was $2150, and we had a $3600 bill. There should be no room for error when you are estimating the work you are going to do. Granted, they had to order a new antenna, but it was only $375. So where did all that extra charge come from? Beware, their estimates are not spot on, and they will keep adding charges, and they will probably do some damage to your car, for which they will take no responsibility for. You would think they would have given us some money back for the damage they did to the headliner. Be sure to take pictures of your car, inside and out, before you leave it there so you have some ammunition for arguing your case. read more
