Excellent customer service from the Collision Center. The repairs to my little Fiat are also excellent. Frankly, I was amazed when I saw my car waiting for me. I contacted Christopher Dodges Collision Center for repair to the bedside of my 2017 Ram 1500 Rebel. When arriving they met with me and provided me a quote with 2 options. To just remove the dent was less money but they did recommend that I replace the entire bedside for the best results and since the truck was in good condition. I also obtained quotes from other body shops in the area. Their quote was not only less but also included using Mopar original parts. They quoted me a start date which remained the same and stated it would take 2 weeks was the exact time it took. I was updated when the bedside was put on and when it went into paint. When I picked the vehicle up they took the time to go over the repair and explain any questions I had. Additionally they detailed the vehicle inside and out. My car was kept for an unreasonable amount of time, but after I got it back the crew did a wonderful job. Once I got through the insurance company, I had found out that they were waiting on the insurance rather than taking their time with my car. My vehicle was in a accident when someone backed into vehicle. Eric took great care of me when I brought in the vehicle. Vehicle needed a new front fender, fender flare, clear bra, all emblems and repair dent on drivers door. It is unbelievable how fast work was performed. It went in on a Tuesday at about noon. Thursday at 4 pm Eric called saying it's ready to go. Unbelievable, less than 1.5 days, qall work was done including excellent paintwork. Not only that, they cleaned the whole interior of the vehicle. Can I recomend Christopher Dodge Collision center? You bet. I rate the quality of work as a 10. I dropped off my vehicle on June 7th (scheduled by them). I also rented a vehicle that day. Both were covered by the hail damage insurance claim. For 3 weeks they never contacted me to give me an update. I left messages on their answering service, that were never returned. When I finally reached them, they said that hadn't started working on my vehicle. So I was out 23 days of my rental car benefit. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. When I picked my car up, I was given no helpful apology and no remedy, except to bring the car back at a later date. read more

I live over by the airport. I had to take the train and a uber out here. They said I was pre-approved and I need to come out here as soon as possible. Called them back and said I was sick. They still assistant that I needed to come. I filled out an application saying I had bad credit and a repo. If they were not going to accept that I could have stayed home. I wasted my time and money. When I could have been home in bed. So if you need a car do not come out here. It's a waste of time and money. I would not have been so mad if they had not lied. read more

I always use Christopher Dodge for my bodywork. They are fast, efficient, and courteous. Recently I took my Renegade in for a repair to minor damage on a wheel-well. They did beautiful work, as always. But on top of that, they finished 2 days earlier than predicted and $200 under the insurance estimate. For no cost, they also polished out a couple minor unrelated scratches. And they washed the car, inside and out, better than any car wash I have ever had. I strongly recommend them. read more

Wish I had listened to the reviews. Absolutely TERRIBLE communication, professionalism, and vehicle was NEVER finished. After almost three MONTHS of me trying to get my car repaired and several returns for issues not repaired, I got my car back. Three months later I learn that the repair was NOT completed and I now needed to pay for the repair at a reputable shop, as well as buy new tires- ruined by what they had not done. A loaner was never provided, calls were never returned, and the Manager Dan Nelson never reached out to discuss a possible fix. Terrible experience and quality of work. Please save yourself the head ache, time and money. They will say they can get to you quickly and sit on your car for weeks/months. read more

Our car was taken to Christopher's Collision Center by our insurance after we hit a deer on I-70. There was extensive damage, but the shop called to explain it all to us. Our contact there, Eric, sent us the estimate within three days and continued to follow up with emails twice a week about the car's progress. They exceeded their estimated timeline and we picked the car up about two weeks later. It truly looked as good as new outside as well as inside and has been working perfectly in the two weeks that we've had it back. Excellent service and friendly staff! read more

I would give higher than 5 stars if possible. After getting the run-around elsewhere, we sighed with relief when we started dealing with Terry Miller at Christopher's Collision Center. They gave a reasonable estimate, worked well with our insurance company, and did a terrific job. They completed when they said they would and called half way through just to tell us they were on schedule. While I understand that some earlier reviewers were frustrated by time delays when everyone was caught in that earlier hail storm, the regular service here is great. read more

I recently went to Christopher's Collision Center to get a bumper painted. We went to this particular shop because we wanted the best paint job and figured because they were connected to the dealership it would be well worth our money. This was not the case! My friend dropped off the bumper for them to paint. He was given the run around, little did they know he is a mechanic and very knowledgable. They told us all we needed to do was bring my car by so they could get a good look at the color. No worries- I drove car over to shop. They looked at my car and said that color would not match 100% perfectly, but very close. No problem. They said it would be a couple days (this was on a Wednesday) So I left, with my car and waited patiently. I called on Monday morning to check on status and they told me it was done! My friend picked up bumper and installed bumper and the color was COMPLETELY OFF. He returned bumper and the staff got annoyed and said we told you it wasn't going to match perfectly. Meanwhile I have already paid for paint job. $580. Then they continued to give us run around when it was going to be done, etc. Throughout the week I had to constantly call and follow up and find out status of bumper. I was working with a man named Jay. He acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor by finalling offering me a rental car. 5 days later they finally got the color right. They were not honest from the beginning and frankly were very unprofessional. To top it off, I just recieved a phone call from Enterprise wondering who was paying for the rental car and who was the contact at the shop. When Jay told me he was taking care of it the entire time. I will never go back. They do not follow up, they are not organized and were expensive. read more

I bought a truck from Christopher's Dodge World with slight hail damage. The body shop repaired the damage in 2 days and paid for a rental car while it was being fixed. The truck looks awesome! My vehicle had hail damage and I decided to take it to this place, because it's a place my insurance ranks as a good place. Well, let me tell you. They are the worst when it comes to communication. They only want more money so they duke the insurance company for all they can. They have lied to me several times, and they are holding my car hostage. I am going to find upper management, an attorney, and/or the media to look into this. Every week the lady has given me dates to release my car and have not lived up to it. They do not care about your livelihood. They only care about money. The more time your car is there the more money they can keep requesting. Think twice before taking it there. Get things in writing beforehand. Every time we have had communication, it was because I called or dropped by. I am so over this place.
