After being rejected by Firestone and two Mazda dealerships, to fix my old car's broken door, I…read moredidn't know what to do. Fortunately, I found Gino during my search. I was a little unsure since the address lead me to a private home, but Geno was sitting outside and greeted me immediately. He looked at my door, and also suggested he fix my broken bumper, and headlights as well. He assured me he could do all of this work by the end of the day, and the price he quoted me was more than fair. As promised, my car was ready to be picked up just a few hours after dropping it off and the work he did was fantastic. I have a new peace of mind knowing that I now have a reputable, reliable, and affordable auto repair guy just a couple of miles from my home. I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Gino!!

Gino responded right away, and said the clear coat must be defective which he said does happen. Within a week Gino returned and repaired the paint and clear coat. We didn't know that much about Gino, but he could have easily taken our money and blown us off. A man of integrity stands behind his work, which Gino is clearly a man of INTEGRITY! You cannot go wrong in hiring Gino!

Our insurer, State Farm called the Honda Dealer in Bradenton (which does not have its own auto body…read moreshop) for recommendations. This was their first choice. So glad they suggested this team. Our brand new (700 miles) car was rear ended by a Ford F150 at 45 mph (along with 5 other vehicles - we were first). While the exterior damage doesn't look that bad, the wheel was destroyed, rotor was wrapped around our bent suspension, and the total exceeded $8,000. The insurance company received their estimate the next day, and authorized most of the genuine Honda new parts, but substituted several less expensive after-market parts. The manager, Adam, called me to express his dissatisfaction with ANY after-market parts and suggested I call the insurer. After a quick call to our agent, State Farm approved the entire list. I received weekly update calls along the 6-week process of ordering parts, back orders, delivery delays etc... We got our car back in mint condition, still missing (back ordered) an interior trim piece. We returned for a quick hour snd they replaced that too. The staff was so friendly, service was consistently excellent, and we heartily recommend these folks for any repair job!

But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

I am so grateful to have found this company. I was referred…read moreto them by a neighbor who has been in the car business for his entire career. My car, while parked, had been rammed by a hit and run driver, hard enough to move it 2'. My insurance co. wanted to do a virtual adjustment, which is just a handful of photos, highly inadequate, and ultimately not enough to show any but surface damage. The money they offered reflected that. Very disappointing. So, based in my neighbors recommendation, I had the car towed to A & M, met Dominic and felt immediately relieved. He's so clearly very competent and trustworthy. I knew that I could put this in his hands and be fully confident that it would be handled perfectly. It was. The car was found to be totaled and the next offer from the insurance company was a world apart from the original. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. I personally am so glad to have found them. Many thanks to Dominic and all of you at A&M. You are most appreciated.
