My car, while parked, had been rammed by a hit and run driver, hard enough to move it 2'. My insurance co. wanted to do a virtual adjustment, which is just a handful of photos, highly inadequate, and ultimately not enough to show any but surface damage. The money they offered reflected that. Very disappointing. So, based in my neighbors recommendation, I had the car towed to A & M, met Dominic and felt immediately relieved. He's so clearly very competent and trustworthy. I knew that I could put this in his hands and be fully confident that it would be handled perfectly. It was. The car was found to be totaled and the next offer from the insurance company was a world apart from the original. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. I personally am so glad to have found them. Many thanks to Dominic and all of you at A&M. You are most appreciated.

It's not always easy to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but Clark Auto Group is definitely one of them. Excellent service, fair prices, and great people. I'll absolutely bring my Volvo back to Greg whenever I need repairs or maintenance. Thank you, Greg and the entire Clark Auto Group team, for getting me back on the road so quickly!

Last week, I had my vehicle detailed by Nomad Wash & Detail. When I picked up my vehicle, I…read moreimmediately noticed that it still had water spots and the lovebugs had not been removed, despite being assured beforehand that these issues would be addressed. After paying $238.99 on the detail service, I was told that if I brought the vehicle back, they could buff it out. I'm not sure why this wasn't done during the original service. Based on their recommendation, I scheduled a buffing appointment for Sunday, June 14th at 11:00 AM and agreed to pay an additional $140. I made this appointment a full week in advance. However, at 10:30 AM on the day of my appointment just 30 minutes as l was driving to my scheduled appointment, I received a text message asking me to reschedule. I expressed that it was unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice, especially via text message rather than a phone call. A customer who schedules a week in advance deserves more consideration and respect. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer loyalty and customer service. It appeared that my appointment was canceled because another customer was spending more money for his service. Whether that was the case or not, that is certainly how it felt. Businesses should never cancel an existing customer's appointment to accommodate a more profitable one. I had already recommended this business to my brother and sister-in-law, who were considering having their vehicles detailed with them. After my experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Customer relationships should be built on integrity, professionalism, and loyalty not on prioritizing whichever customer generates the highest dollar amount. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I cannot recommend Nomad Detail's business based on the customer service, or should l say lack of customer service and loyalty they did not provide.

Fast forward a year later after the case was resolved I immediately called Ben's and spoke with them about the situation and they honored the original quote from last year. I had only had my vehicle for two weeks when it was keyed so I've been driving it around with the damage longer than I had without it. Four days later after I dropped it off, they called me and told me it was ready to be picked up and I'll say that it looked like it never happened! The service was friendly, fast and the work was amazing - needless to say I cried a little! Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle and making it look brand new. If you are looking to support local businesses in your community and need a reliable, family friendly establishment to take care of your vehicle, Ben's is the place. 10/10 would recommend.
