I have had my camper van in to Repair Masters twice now over a span of 9 months. One repair was pretty involved, new intake manifold gasket, new motor mounts and other maintenance and the second issue was electrical in nature but not as involved. I waited to post a review until I was sure the repairs were lasting because I have been misled and disappointed by mechanics many times in the past. I have been totally happy with both repairs and feel they were done right. The communication with Repair Masters has always been honest and timely. The price is in line with what others charge and I feel they gave me value for my money spent. The people who work there are helpful and do make you feel as though they appreciate your patronage. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Repair Masters in Louisville based on the quality of the repairs, the honest diagnosis of problems, fair prices and how pleasant the people are who work there. Are you kidding me. So you keep my vehicle for over 24 hours and no response. I had to call constantly to get a response in which I only got after the signed contract was changed in their favor cause they didn't want to be an honest service and fix my car with but instead just say no and replace the entire engine. It's not a Porsche!! So I just pick it up. Nothing was done. I paid them over 600$ for a diagnosis which only would cost maybe $150 at a VW dealership and cheaper at an exhaust shop. I got quotes over the phone from both places and with the work I actually requested to do and was under the amount I was charged. When you change a signed contract in Colorado that's illegal. What dishonest work this place does. Only They only want whats best for their pocket. I asked for a maintenance to be done not a complete engine rehaul. Way to con your clients. now explaining what you did. I don't think so. As stated in Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act (MVRA) and potentially the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. The man was clearly irritated with me and told me I could leave my car and that they would look at it if they had time, maybe that day/maybe not, but with zero timeline. So I kept the new appt and left. I would probably check before bringing my car back here as their appointment list is hand written and clearly not reliable. I couldn't be more unhappy with this situation…read more I asked for my water pump to be diagnosed and my tires to be rotated knowing that they weren't great and also knowing that I needed a new water pump. It cost em $90 to pressure test my water pump and then they didn't rotate my tires they just told me I need new ones... The diagnostics were done for an Audi which I already knew was going to need, and it was going to be roughly around $1,500 to 2000, But they still wanted to do diagnostics anyway. So they just 100% didn't listen to me at all. I was like you know what fine I don't want any of those extra services but I do want my water pump done and the other service, cleaning my valves. The lady I spoke with, she quoted me around $2,200. I set up the appointment and then when I got there the manager was like yeah that's going to be $2,500... I said sorry bud there's no way I'm spending an extra $300... Then went to another shop Was quoted $1,300!!! That's exactly half of what they were trying to charge me!!! They're trying to say that they can't warranty things for 4 years after being replaced... And that's why the cost is so astronomical because it has a 4-year warranty... I call bullshit. I will never ever bring any vehicle to any fine-tuned auto location. you scum are literally stealing people's hard-earned money!! And just to play devil's advocate I called the dealership cuz I assumed they'd be on par or maybe even more than this private company... Dealership quoted me $1,600 never go to fine tune auto!!!! So far, Autosport Werks has given me confidence in their team, but time will be the true test. I brought my 2016 VW Tiguan in for an oil leak which turned out to be many oil leaks and and a couple of knock-on issues. The repair job was very expensive, but my comparison shopping told me their price wasn't terribly far off from what I could expect elsewhere. In the few weeks since that work was done my windshield washer pump has gone out, which does make me a touch suspicious, but given how old the car is I guess I can't be too shocked about random parts giving up the ghost. Their team has been very nice and patient with me and my many questions. They've been transparent, breaking down the quote for me when asked and making sure I understood what they'd found and what they were proposing to do to fix it. The piece that gave me the most assurance was that they offer a four year warranty on their repairs, which I can't imagine any shop would do if they were fly-by-night. So far, so good.

On the first call, he even started talking to another customer in person before our call had finished, like he couldn't be bothered to fully engage with my questions.
