This shop is awesome! Had a damaged bumper from hitting a pillar in a parking garage, so had to replace the bumper and paint it. Brought my car into Automotive Concepts about a month ago To get a quote, I was really skeptical, i wanted to do the job myself being a backyard mechanic, and love working on cars. I figured it would save me some money, but i'd never done body work before and I bought my car for the body, so I Knew I wanted it professionally worked on. I have read many forums online about people doing work themselves, only to take it into a bodyshop because they tried to save money, and end up paying a professsional more money to fix the bad body work the person did themselves. I recommend taking it to a shop like Automotive Concepts. I searched many shops online but due to the location, and the cleanliness and professionallism exhibited at this shop I decided to give Automotive Concepts my business. I had some decent scratches on the passenger door as well as damage to my rocker. The window wouldnt go up. The car was in the shop a week. When called by the gentleman who runs the shop (George) He said the car was ready for pick up. I wanted to pick it up, but due he the nature of my job, I was unable to pick up for 3 more days. George informed me that it would be fine, he would just keep i on property until I came to get it, no charge! Thats awesome. When i got there my car was washed, and the job looked great. Literally like it never happened. My window rolls up fine. And the job looks clean. Have washed car many times since the job was done, and have had no problems with fading, chipping or peeling. Would definetely recommend checking this place out for minor or major repair. I think they do detailing too. read more

Picked up the vehicle and guess what..rear light reflector missing and drove off the driveway with the front bumper not mounted with the original hardware and it fell right off. George had the audacity to raise his voice and brought up unnecessary comments that had nothing to do with the paint. Like I said earlier, most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. George Dumlao did an amazing job with my car! A few days ago, I was so bummed to find a long, deep scratch on my fender and went to the auto body of my car dealership to see if they could help me. They tried to buff it out but said they couldn't because the scratch was too deep (and sadly they actually buffed it too hard that it left a gray shadow above the scratch!) Also, they said it would require me to leave my car for work overnight and that possibly it would take up to 2-3 days to have the scratch fixed, and worst of all, they quoted me a price that was way beyond what I could afford. I was feeling so down and didnt know what to do, in fact some of my family and friends told me it wasn't worth it and that I should just leave the scratch but with my car still being fairly new, I really wanted to have the scratch removed. I mentioned it to Char and she told me about George at Automotive Concepts and said ge was highly recommended to her in the past. So we took a few pictures of the scratch and sent them to George and within minutes, he assessed what needed to be done and gave me a price quote that would save me over $200!! We set an appt for the following week and I just want to say I am beyond satisfied with the amazing work they've done. They even noticed a lose door guard and took the time to fix it for me. As if all that goodness wasn't enough, they worked on my car in such a timely manner that I was able to pick it up at the end of the day (everything done in just 1 day!)...amazing!! I am so grateful for the incredible work they've done on my car (and all the added bonuses) at such a great price that I could afford and really, all done with kindness!
