That unfortunate and now regretted review was based on a change in ownership and/or management that I misunderstood. All that I can do now is to explain what happened and apologize. Mea culpa. When I went in to have a new battery installed, I was met by a person whom I did not know but was obviously in charge. Jeff was not there. Also, the outside signage had changed. Having used Wilson Enterprises for years, I was wary. I thought the current crew was perhaps there to clear out inventory and trying to sell me a battery that might not be the correct one for my Jaguar. I had no factual basis for that judgement. Therefore, deeply regret expressing it in a Yelp review. All of that is behind me now, and I want to say that my years of very pleasing service at WE are what I want to share with others. That includes my 1976 Jaguar XJS coupe, the 2013 XK that Jeff helped me pick out and make roadworthy and a couple Toyota Avalons. Finally, let me say that when I went there today the shop was full of cars ranging from classic era gems and Jaguars to daily drivers. They say that 20 million Frenchmen can't be wrong. Neither can all of the owners of those cars!

I Asked if they could install a new battery in my 2013 XK. The guy seeming to be in charge said yes but quoted me $500... way to much. Apparently, he was willing to install a battery he happened to have in the shop, pocket the cash, and run! Went by today and the only evidence of Wilson Enterprises was the faded sign painted on the wall, waiting to be painted over! He is Neel the owner (as you might've guessed) of this establishment on Imperial Hwy, which is thankfully not too far from us. He diagnoses quickly, gets the job done efficiently, charges reasonably compared to other mechanics we've gone to in the area, and above all is a man of integrity--he's allowed us to pay for certain repairs days later to make sure our car is running properly first. He is transparent about his shop's limitations (they don't do German cars but refer us to highly rated shops nearby). He is clearly very experienced and knows how to weigh the best repair options, especially for older vehicles. I plan on relying on Neel for years to come. Cheers!

My elderly mother had a question and the workers directed her to their manager - Peter - who was outside smoking a cigarette near the gas station (a whole other safety/legal issue). My mom approached Peter and he claimed he was not the manager and could not answer her question. My mom went back to the mechanics and 2 of them reassured her Peter is the manager. Peter again claimed to not be the manager and when she asked him for a business card, he gave her one with his name listed as the manager.
