I originally went in first to checkout a truck while he was at work and the sales person came back after his shift ended to show my boyfriend the truck. We had been looking for a while and this particular truck hit all the marks and some and I knew it was it. My boyfriend fell in love with the truck and decided to purchase it. A couple employees stayed late to help us out which was nice but it wasn't the most friendly experience we've ever had when buying something for a lot of money. This was all done on a Wednesday and we were told we'd get the truck Monday. We drove and hour to give money on Sunday so we could pick up the truck Monday. We couldn't pick up the truck on Monday. Disappointed we called our bank to see why the loan hadn't gone through and they said they didn't receive the paperwork until Saturday even though we filled everything out Wednesday? So annoyed at this point we had to wait and extra two days. We also had to get the plates ourself and ended up at the wrong RMV. Natick does not do plates so don't go there. Once we got the plates we were in out with the truck in under 15 minutes. It's clear they sell many cars monthly which is awesome for them but the overall experience was more stressful than it should have been. This isn't your typical dealership where you are catered to and made sure you are happy with your purchase like the big dealerships. I guess you can justify the price for the experience because their prices are just to good and hard to beat. My boyfriend loves his truck and it is very nice but there were times in the process he was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the overall process. Come here for the prices and the quality of the vehicles because they are worth it. Just be prepared not to be blown away with customer service but for sure with the ticket price!

Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn't overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it's been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it's running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You've been warned.

Long story short it's going to be a month and they couldn't care any less. They sold a car with the wrong title, it's their fault. We didn't plan on paying for a rental for a month. Sad part is, they knew it would take a month to correct the title and they keep saying another week, stringing us along. Never once an apology or an attempt for a loner car for their mistake.

Sharing my experience so others can be careful…read more I booked tire replacement and alignment through MetroWest Acura's online scheduler after receiving a 10% promotional email. At the time of booking, the screen displayed a discounted total price $1,223.81, which I accepted and relied on. When I picked up the car, the final bill was significantly higher at $1453 and I was told that tires were excluded from the discount, even though that exclusion was not clear during booking. I don't have a screenshot because I didn't expect the dealership's own system to change pricing after booking, but I booked based on what was shown to me at the time. I think that this is their plan to defraud unsuspecting customers who would otherwise go to Costco or BJ's for the tire replacement. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!

However, they only issued part of the payment and declined to provide the remaining balance. I had multiple conversations with both a sales representative and someone from finance, and I clearly explained that my previous leasing company would issue the final bill later--and that the amount could be higher. Everyone was aware of this. Long story short, they are now unwilling to honor their word or the agreement. The sales representative was extremely focused on getting a positive review from me. He asked several times whether I had received the survey email and even told me what score to give him. I completed it in good faith, but in retrospect, I did so too early. Once the issue with the remaining payment came up, he stopped responding to my messages. He also ignored me when I followed up about a specific car feature that I had explicitly asked about and was assured the car had--but it turns out it does not. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I am still dealing with the situation.

Please do not take your car to this place…read more This is my firsthand experience with this repairshop. My car did not start one cold morning (1/5/2026) and I called AAA for a tow. The AAA did not offer to jump-start my car and towed my car to this shop. All they had to do was to jump-start my car and see if my car would start or not. That is the very 1st thing anyone with very little knowledge about a car will do. But instead they told me that my car engine is destroyed and I need a new engine. The gave me an estimated invoice for $11,200. Can you believe that? Yes, it is hard to believe but they wanted to charge me $11,200 for a new engine. All my car needed was a jump-start. There was nothing else wrong with my car. At that point I told them that "NO" I do not want to spend that on my car and I would like my car back to take it to another shop. The owner of this shop forced me to $176.00 for nothing. I mean they did not do a single thing other than wanting to scam me and steal my money by telling me I needs a new engine. I then took my car to another repair shop (an honest one). The mechanic at the second shop jump-starts my car and says to me "There is nothing wrong with your car other than needing a jump-start due to extreme cold in the night before". Please do not take your car to this place. I had already called AAA and filed a complaint about this shop as well.
