IMPORTANT - Please read before purchasing from this dealer - 0 Stars I purchased a used vehicle here and had multiple post-sale issues that buyers should be aware of. The original factory key that was discussed before purchase was later refused, with the explanation that it was "not written down," even though there was no disclosure that the vehicle was sold without it. Requests to either provide the key or reimburse the cost to obtain one were denied. The title was promised the same day, but it was not provided. I was later told it would be processed the following week, without anything in writing. A dealer-installed GPS device was still in the vehicle and was not removed when requested. When I asked for copies of all transaction paperwork, I was initially told it wasn't needed. After pushing, I was told I would only receive the paperwork if I left the building. I was kicked out because I started asking questions. Note: A $300 document fee was added to the purchase. In Georgia, this fee is not required by the state and is set by the dealer. No clear explanation was given. Important: Do not rely on verbal agreements. In my experience, the dealership only honored what was explicitly written. read more

They're cars are dirty and after telling them all my info through email they haven't processed any part of my application before getting there because they kept telling me that everything looks good and I should come in and just pay the down payment and be on my way, nope they made me wait and process my application while I was there!!!! so now to top all this off, they call me in to discuss my raggedy car they sold me. the manager alessa says to me as if she's doing me a favor "looking out for me" she tells me since i breached my contract of my warranty for doing uber, which i never did cause the car never worked for me to do so. the warranty company was going to pay 2500 down for me a new engine and they wanted me to pay 2000 for the labor to get fixed. i refused that, cause why would i put 2000 more down on a car that's not working and that i just bought 3 months ago. so i tell her that i wanted to go with the original deal of releasing me from the contract, as she already stated in a text message in the beginning. she tells me that she can release me from the contract, but she's not going to do it unless i take down my reviews first, and if i refuse then she refuse to release me. so i told her that i'm not taking them down, because people need to know what their facing before they buy a car from this unprofessional establishment. now they're trying to make it seem as if they reposed my car, when it was already there because i paid my money to have it towed there after it broke down on me. please save yourself from the headache i'm dealing with, and don't buy a car from this place‼‼‼ read more

Bought a car on January 23rd. In my contract they are responsible for fixing my front bumper and piece to roll the window up and down on the passenger side. I took the car in on 2/7/20 where they had my car all day to fix these 2 things. They were also supposed to change brakes and rotors, add gas cap, add cap for windshield reservoir, supply me with a spare tire and do a tune up. I got the gas cap. The cover for the windshield washer reservoir didn't fit. It came off in my hand cause its to big. No tune up, no bumper, no window roller upper fixed, only brakes not rotors even though they said it was done on carfax. The brakes make an incredibly loud noise upon stopping that I paid to have fixed. We were also supposed to get the fan to cool engine off fixed he said he fixed it but it still runs constantly. I called today since I have a new contact number and needed an update. Chris forgot to order the parts needed to repair the lemon they sold me. He was very rude and had the nerve to say I said I was sorry. 2 months later I don't think sorry fixes it. When I asked him to take down my new number he said its the one your calling from and when I said yes he hung up on me. I recieved no update until I called four days later and it wasn't fixed, hadn't even been started. If I could give 0 stars ...I would !! DO NOT, I REPEAT....DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! They sell cars knowing they aren't reliable so that you'll have to give them more money. If it was left up to them they would have my car more than I do because it's always something going wrong. I purchased my car in July and Travis assisted me. Everyone was kind and helpful with the buying process but as soon as I started noticing the shady side and the poor business ethics, that's when true colors were shown. I've had issue after issue and today has been the final straw. Within less than 24 hours my car wouldn't start and they claim something came undone and they "fixed" it. After that my steering was all messed up and they "fixed" it. After that my AC went out and I kept getting the run around and was out of AC for almost a month before the issue was "fixed". Then the sensors on my door wasn't working which made it impossible to keep my doors locked and I have three children. That was "fixed". Saturday my car turned off out of no where. Smoking. Oil everywhere and when I initially called, I was told they wouldn't help. I spoke to Wes a mechanic and he helped me get my vehicle towed to them. I got no answers at all until today and it was a bunch of crap. My engine has gone out. I got no solid answers as to why and what will be done about this issue other than I need to still pay my note for a vehicle that doesn't work, along with the warranty deductible of $200 that "may" be lowered. Alessa Bradshaw who is the manager has the nastiest attitude to be in customer service and be a manager and even her employees agree. She constantly shrugged her shoulders to ever concern I had, rolled her eyes, and proceeding to basically say kiss her ass. I wasn't even offered anything for the inconvenience while being without a vehicle while they once again "fix" my vehicle. If I get another vehicle before a week I have to pay another down payment, if I get the engine fixed I have to wait seven days, if I get a different vehicle within seven days...I have to start all my payments over. They are scamming people out of their money with faulty cars and they know it! When I asked to speak to the owner, the man who was there Saturday Andres Estrada said he was the owner, however on Saturday when I asked was he the owner...he told me no he want and that he was just a manger. He lied for whatever reason and basically carried on with the same attitude as Alessa. I'm not the only one who has this same experience because Travis , Alessa, and Andres both proceeded to tell me how people have been complaining and needing new vehicles because the cars have been going out. The whole business is shady and I'm so upset, angry, and hurt that I even have to deal with them. I can get my vehicle "fixed" and still have to suffer with on going issues while I pay my note OR go get another vehicle from somewhere else while they put this on my credit and negatively effect me. I'm almost certain they are changing the miles on the vehicles as well. The ONLY person there that's nice is MsJoyce in payments. She ha been more apologetic and understanding than everyone higher up. I regret getting a vehicle from here and I can't wIf until this horror story is over.
