I guess this is something to do with "you get what you pay for," though. I had them come out a couple weeks ago to potentially repair or replace my windshield after it got a sizeable crack in it. First, I was not pleased that they did not discuss the possibility of repairing the crack -- though that's not a total ding, as I had already figured it probably wouldn't be repairable. Secondly, though: I suppose they did not expect me to be in a situation to watch them as they worked, as the repairman was out there carelessly/disrespectfully throwing the plastic bonnets for the windshield wipers to the ground after removing them. I do not know if they damaged the pieces themselves or they just didn't give a hoot, but when they put them back on, they were no longer lying flush to the windshield as they were before, essentially aesthetically-detracting from the car either permanently or temporarily (I've yet to take a look and see what the problem might be myself). All around, it was an exemplary experience in why I try to avoid mechanics or repairmen like the plague/try to DIY when possible, as more than half the time, you get people like this who will do a sketchy job or damage something in the process, and then still have the nerve to charge you for their BS.

Not all shops are created equal, and you just don't want to have to keep going back to deal with headaches. Now for the main part: I had my windows tinted here with their ceramic IRX film. If you're looking at reviews questioning the ceramic... it's a top notch brand and super respected in the industry. No questions/issues there. There are many decent to good films in the market. This one is a premium one for sure, but the most important thing is the shop. This place excels in customer service and values. I am really skeptical of a lot of service-based businesses these days, because the quality and attention to detail has just gone down hill. I did some research before coming here and determined this was the best place in town. I've lived all over the country and have used multiple window tinting businesses and this one was hands down the best (and that says A LOT because I've been in very big cities). The customer service is top notch. This family-owned business really is reminiscent of what it meant to be a family owned business in the past. I didn't have any issues, but I spoke with them at length and I am 100% satisfied that they would correct any issue that might arise. This fact alone is a reason enough to come here. Not everything will always be perfect, but working with a business who will make things right is increasingly more important every year it seems. With that said, they did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. I would not hesitate to come here, and I tend to be pretty skeptical by nature.
