Not only that but, there was a lot of horse play between the employees when they were working on my car. They could have easily damaged something on the inside or scratched the paint on my car with their exposed belt buckles. The exterior still had bird droppings and bug splatter that was very obvious when they told me the car was ready to go. I had to ask them to clean it up. The wheels were still dirty from brake dust. They didn't even bother trying to clean between the spokes.

She said without hesitation that I should go to Lafayette Auto Plus on Farabee Drive. That turned out to be one of the best tips I've ever gotten. They did exactly what they said for the price they had said and in the time frame they had given me. In addition, everyone I spoke to answered all my questions clearly and fully, was extremely pleasant, and gave me excellent advice. They called every day to update me on the progress and get permission for repairs that were found once they started taking everything apart. Not only does my car run better than I can remember, but they charged for the time they actually spent to repair it, not just the standard labor hours that it usually takes. When I came to pick the car up, they showed me all of the parts that they changed, explained why they needed to be changed, and went over every item on the invoice. They also told me about a few items that should be repaired in the future but didn't do it this time because they knew I was on a budget and explained why they weren't "need to do now" items. Excellent service, very nice, and very reasonably priced (quite possibly the best prices in town). I'll definitely be returning for any future issues.
