The sitting area is very nice and cozy. There is even a place where you can bring your work if you need to work remote while your car gets checked. During their inspections they take pictures and videos and attach it to a very detailed invoice with recommendations for what they have found. You are able to accept and approve the things you want and decline what you don't and it changes the quote for you. This allows you to create the experience you want without feeling forced to wrack up an expensive auto bill. They also tell you if this is a suggestion or a more critical repair. It is still your choice. The people are all genuinely kind and patient. They are not rude or condescending. Everyone works really well together. The last time I brought my car in I asked to have a service check and they did a full look through for free. They allowed me again to select the things I wanted to have done on that visit and they are diligent about following up with you to see how your car is doing. I appreciate this, because it's almost like a reminder from a doctor to bring your car in for a check up before something is actually broken. It can be a preventative way to do routine maintenance on your car.
