I only asked for an"oil change." 1) They filled my…read moretires without me asking, which then caused my "low air in tire" light to go on, and is still on 3 days later, which they said would disappear after driving a few miles; stating it was "normal". The "young" service person who filled my tires with air seemed to take an unusual amount of time filling 1 tire, which made me nervous. 2) My car has leaked oil since they serviced my vehicle. I returned 2 days later to ask them to look at my "Oil" and let them know my car, which has never leaked oil was now leaking Oil in my driveway. They 'checked' and said nothing was wrong with what they did an 'suggested' the leak was from something else. Very odd, as i've had my car for 4 years and never had a leak. 3) Thy service tech who filled my tires with air, also cleaned my exterior windows, which I appreciated...however, when I arrived home, I noticed long bluish water stains running down all the sides of my car under the windows. She had not wiped off the "extra" window washing solution. It looked awful. I was forced to take my care to a car wash the following day. I am not opposed to younger people servicing my car; however, if they are not properly trained in what they are doing... I am now having to schedule an appointment with my mechanic to "fix the leak" and check proper tire pressure.

They don't hesitiate to tell you if something looks off with your car and they do a good job. Their full service does give you a lot for your money. Sadly, they've gotten pretty expensive the last few years so I haven't been using them. I found another place that is cheaper and offers the same level of service. Still, Ace's is still Ace in my book.

While speaking to Goordy on serval occasions he had said that my expectations were unrealistic about having my car back in a month after they had it for 7 mths. A total of 8 mths they had my car. He also told me that I was not a priority and that he had other customers. Also said that I could not have my car and the down-payment for the work back. Because I wanted to take it to a different shop. I would not recommend them at all.
